The owner Sam is the sweetest. Always checking on on how her customers are doing, and also makes the best shakes! Great business. Also, I highly recommend you go to Mix it nutrition in pembroke as well. (She also runs that one!) you’ll never be disappointed. The staff are incredible. Shakes and teas are too!
I discovered this place on Instagram and by the look of all of their yummy shakes, I had to stop by. I’m so glad I did! I got The chunky monkey with banana and it is amazing! I will definitely be back to try the others!

I'm always in the market for a new post workout protein shake and I think I hit the jackpot. So many flavors at Remix! I chose the banana bread. I don't know how they do it, but it tastes like banana bread! $11 for a large protein shake is pretty reasonable these days. The Christmas decorations threw me for a bit of a loop, but other than that, I might just become a regular.
