Went in today staff was really nice, place was spotless, the butterfinger is awesome I am blown away by the selection of flavors and toppings. This is my new favorite spot!!! will be back in a couple days. I tried all the flavors Soo many great ones to choose from.
Filthy! Filthy! Filthy! I’ve visited Sweet Frogs twice in the last two months and have been extremely disheartened and disappointed with the appearance and customer service. It is deeply upsetting to see filthy tables, dirty floors, a ripped up leather couch, windows that look like no one has washed them in a year, trash cans with ice cream stained along the sides, chairs that have never been washed, a freezer that has never been washed, paint and trim that is so badly chipped...read full review
