Cooke's Seafood - Mashpee Reviews
We went to dinner last night and were disappointed. I had the bald scallops and scrod with crabmeat stuffing. The dish as overcooked and mostly breadcrumbs. The scallops were chewy.I told the waitress and she said she would let the chef know. My husband had fried clams and calamari and his dish was also overcooked. I guess that is why the restaurant was almost empty. We will not go back also no mention of restaurant week and collecting points for prizes

The calamari was awful. I asked the waitress if it was pre frozen and she said it was! I sent it back didn't eat it.
My husband said that the fried clams were extremely chewy and the onion rings weren't cooked.

Cooke's Seafood is known for its fantastic stuffed quahogs and whole belly fried clams, along with a variety of seafood that has been a family favorite for decades. The menu features great clam chowder, clam strips, and fresh steamed lobster when available. The restaurant offers full table service and is open seasonally in Mashpee from spring to fall. Their seafood platters are lightly fried, fresh-tasting, and generous in portion size. Visitors often praise the friendly staff, with some mentioning excellent service from Chelsie, Leanne, and Maddy. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the restaurant provides plenty of free parking and wheelchair accessibility. Regulars highlight the best fried clams they've ever had, with huge platters that can feed multiple people. The lobster bisque and clam chowder receive high praise, and the staff is noted for being friendly, polite, and efficient. Even during the pandemic, Cooke's maintained its quality, making it a favorite spot for both individuals and families seeking a satisfying seafood meal.
