We dined in today for lunch. The young man that rang up our order was very helpful and friendly. We ordered a you pick two and had the Asian chicken salad and we did not realize it had dark meat chicken and we were not a fan of the dressing. I asked if we could just replace the salad with broccolis cheddar soup and the manager Chris went and dished out the soup for me right away so I didn't have to wait. Great customer service all around!
called at 8:40 to ask if they would be okay with us coming in, they said yes, we are open and ready. arrived and was rudely 'greeted' by a worker saying that they are out of bread and then mumbling under his breath about how it's 30 minutes to close. ordered our food for dine in and received to go which just seemed passive aggressive. we ate and cleaned up our table and we were gone and driving away before closing. if you can't accommodate customers 30 minutes before closing then...read full review

This place puts all chairs up on tables and flips the tables in the booths upside down every night starting 2-3 hours before closing time. So that when customers arrive and can't find an available seat/ booth, if the customer doesn't t just leave immediately, an employee will need to approach the customer and let him/her know that he/she can open up a table.
