His ethnic roots show thru in his cooking ? as well as his experience from other restaurants he's worked at. It's his own restaurant so he gets to have his flair on his own dishes. “The quintessential small town diner. The clam chowder was amazing! I also enjoyed the reuben sandwich. My spouse had the lobster roll and it was fresh and huge. The only negative was the apple crisp, but that may be just a regional thing. It was too runny and was more like eating oatmeal with apples in it. The waitstaff was great and I loved sitting at the old school counter on a stool. Loved it, loved it, loved it. Well done folks.“

I ordered the classic breakfast of fluffy pancakes, savory sausage links, eggs over easy and real home fries - not those stringy things - I'm talking real chunks of potatoes.
