“I thought I had placed my order on line-but did not complete the transaction. Once I got my verification code I should have hit “place order” but neglected to do so. I called to confirm the order was not placed and that I had not been charged. The staff and manager were very patient and accommodating and I placed my order upon arrival. The sandwiches were amazing as usual. Always Fresh ingredients.The staff is very helpful and food is consistently great.“

“I have gone once every few months to buy a dozen. My wife and I eat one each then we freeze them for next week. (paper bag with two plastic bags). Go early in the am when they're fresh. The toppings are generous...both sides unlike most places. The bagels remind me of NYC but less bulky. It's a very special place and the best I know of in the Boston area. This is what a bagel should be like.“
