Dunkin' Donuts in Methuen

“I really do like their frozen coffee ( no whipped cream ). The slight problem I am having is that they seem to be running out of plain doughnuts and when I do get one it's a little on the stale side. They always have to stop my order and check on availability of this doughnut. I really didn't think this doughnut was that popular anymore. Also, the employee that speaks on the microphone when you order has to speak slower, louder and clearly, us old folk can't hear or understand you.“

“The drive-through is always backed up during daytime hours. I hate this because I feel like it creates air pollution for the entire neighborhood! But if you take the energy to actually get out of your car and go to the counter, I’ve always had great service at this location!“

“Pretty sweet, this cool lady in there (I do not know her name) is always super sweet, hooks me up with a free donut every now and again. All in all a 11/10. Better than the one on Graham💀

“Best Dunkin’ Donuts location I’ve been to!! I go almost everyday on my lunch break and haven’t had a bad experience yet. Staff is so nice and do their job above and beyond of what is asked! Today one of the employees gave me a sample of the strawberry dragonfruit lemonade and I didn’t even ask! It was so good, thank you guys!!?“

“This morning I went to grab a triple mocha frozen coffee before work (it was great by the way) and although the employees were not aware of the possibly discontinued specialty drink, they did their best to make it for me! It was a little hectic in there which is expected as they are right off of the highway and they had a lot of younger staff working, however everyone was very kind and I could see them actively trying to get everyone their orders. The customers were not so patient due to wait times but they failed to see how desperately hard this staff was working. Thank you to all the staff and the amazing shift manager!“

“Great dunks when it comes to coffee. It is the local hangout for panhandlers, which is OK, but they make eye contact and I always drive away with a sense of guilt I didn't have pulling in. Sometimes the guilt comes from not giving up my change, sometimes it comes from watching my change be exchanged for hugs with a D, and an R, and no H, which is also OK I guess but also makes me want to go to Honeydew at the same time. It's conflicting to say the least, but the coffee is great.“

“Just came here and bought a peppermint mocha coffee but it wasnt very strong, went in to ask for just a couple more pumps and the worker completely redid my drink for me and waited for me to try it and make sure I liked it!! Very surprised and pleased!! Thank you :)“

“I normally do not write reviews for places and I know everyone has different opinions but for me personally this hospital and its staff have been nothing but so kind and caring to me while I was sent there to they’re psych unit for my depression. The nurses there were so kind and compassionate to me and so supportive. If anyone has a family member struggling I recommend they seek help here because they truly do care about their patients mental wellbeing. Thankyou so much to the nurses in the psych unit who looked after me I really do appreciate the support they gave me while at their stay. God bless them all ☺️“
