“I ordered the Thai Fried Rice from Kao after spotting all the glowing Google reviews praising it as amazing, and wow, they weren’t exaggerating! We were hosting a hot pot party that night and needed some solid, flavorful fried rice to round out the meal – something hearty to scoop up with all the broth and ingredients.
It turned out to be really good – perfectly seasoned, fluffy jasmine rice with that authentic wok hei flavor, balanced veggies, and just the right amount of savoriness. The portions were generous too, which was perfect for sharing.
What surprised me most was how it elevated our entire hot pot experience! The fried rice soaked up the rich broth beautifully and added a delicious contrast to the fresh dips and boils. Everyone at the party kept going back for more, and it tied everything together perfectly.

“I have no idea what magic they do with their fried chicken, but I've never had anything like it. We were driving back and forth to Boston for hospital visits for months, and we stopped here for takeout on our way home since it was at the halfway mark just on a whim. Now we make it a point to swing by even when it's out of the way because the food is so good. Servings are just the right size, food is fresh. Also nice to see some less common offerings like nom yen and tom yum pad Thai! Only street parking is available, but there's a small free lot nearby so it's not too bad.“

“The food was delicious here. The portion size was great! I forgot to take pictures but the food was so very good.

It was hard deciding between 5 Star and 4 Star. I wish we could give fraction of stars because while the food tasted great there are some things that keep it from a perfect 5 stars.

The meat and veggies and huge chunks in the curry so you have to spend time cutting them down to make the bites and the duck was a little dry, not much and the flavor was so good that it almost didn't matter.

So I really think this place deserves like a 4.8 or 4.9 stars. it's so close to just a pure amazing Thai place.“

“I love their pad Thai!! Ga grob is my favorite kind. It's a boneless piece of fried chicken sliced up and set on top of the pad Thai noodles. I get the peanut sauce to put over it. Their peanut sauce is also amazing!! Thick and creamy with a spicy kick. Pad Thai noodles delicious and sweet. Always packed up nice and neat. My food is always hot and they make it within 15 minutes. Place is always clean, plenty of parking and customs service is excellent. I would highly recommend that you try this place. You will not be disappointed.“

“Charm Thai Bistro is a favorite for my entire family. Takeout is still nice and hot when we get it home and everything is packaged with care. I can't get enough of their Spicy Crab Rangoons and would eat them every day if I could. Everything tastes super fresh and spice levels are just right.

“I've been going here for about 25 years and have never found a better place to get Thai food. The curries are delicious, the pad Thai, the coconut soup, and especially the peanut sauce. And all of the staff are friendly and efficient. It's AWESOME!!!“

“Such nice people and they wore beautiful costumes and complimented my friend and I costume, the food was really good I got the tom yam soup with rice and crab Rangoon I really like their crab Rangoon it was more crabby than cheesy which makes me believe their crab Rangoon is higher quality and the pineapple sauce was really good too, the tom yam and rice filled me up well like usually I have to eat every 2 hrs or so but this one kept me full for hours and I was walking a lot and burning calories and I still felt full amazing place I’d definitely recommend“
