I always order when leaving my house.(i live about 20 minutes away) my single drink is never ready. It’s always anywhere from 10-30 minutes after the “pick up available time” so total time for them to get to my drink is anywhere from 30-50 minutes?? I watched one women pick up an order of literally (i counted) 40 drinks mobile order but my one isn’t prioritized?? Then i also end up wasting money because my microwaved sandwich is cold from waiting so long to get my coffee. Workers are clearly over worked but maybe management should help with this. I have only specifically seen problems with this store. Coffees are inconsistent and almost always terrible. Todays caramel macchiato had 0 flavor and tasted like water coffee??

Beware of this Starbucks if you’re in any sort of rush — I’m writing this while sitting waiting for my coffee while this woman brings trays and trays and trays of coffees into her car. Seriously 50+ coffees she must have ordered through the mobile order. It made me late to work. My sandwich was cold. Put a limit on how many coffees someone can order online. And if you’re ordering coffee for your entire office or something like that buy a coffee machine. Had to have been a $300+ order. Absolutely bonkers.

Have been here on a minimum of 5 occasions between 6-6:30am (normal posted business hours) only to find out nobody is working. Today, 6:20am not a light on or a person in sight. Should close the doors or find new management at this sad excuse for a Starbucks
Ordered on door dash I received someone else's order it smelled gross I ordered a hot chocolate but received a grilled cheese and some gross looking iced thing. Horrible place

This is the worst service imaginable. We ordered two drinks and were told it would take "awhile". After 40 minutes of waiting, we asked about the drinks and another barista said they'd make them since the other person was taking so long. I don't care how busy a place is, it should NOT take 45 minutes to get two drinks. That would be a long time to wait for food to come out at a restaurant. If you are nearby, go to the Starbucks in the Stop and Shop in the same plaza or to the one in the Target instead. I'll personally never come to this location again.
