I have been going here for years and there is so many people that have changed or moved onto bigger and better things. They need more fast paced people in there as it is extremely busy and have the manager on duty be helping out more and jumping in, not just delegating to everyone. During rush hour, the service is really slow. If you are doing a drive in order, they tend to do their orders faster, but if you are an in store or online order it takes forever. For two of my drinks, it took at least 30 minutes to get my drinks as an in store order.
