Starbucks always nails it with its unique interior design and local art. Unfortunately, the service could use some improvement—you'll be waiting for about half an hour before your order is ready. I wish the baristas were friendlier and more interactive with customers while they wait for their coffee.
I have been going here for years and there is so many people that have changed or moved onto bigger and better things. They need more fast paced people in there as it is extremely busy and have the manager on duty be helping out more and jumping in, not just delegating to everyone. I never really write reviews but I feel this experience was worth sharing. The line was long as it always is, but it went quickly compared to lines in other locations I’ve waited in. Cam at the speaker while placing my order was so friendly and really made such a short encounter memorable. Karen at the window was very sweet and even asked me which drink I didn’t want in my drink tray (since I ordered 5 drinks) no one has ever asked me that before and it honestly was something...
