Always has poor staffing or staff just not working. mobile orders are 20 mins late and do not match what the app says like every other starbucks that manages to make orders on time.
This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. The employees are the absolute best. The store can get extremely busy, but they are always smiling and they always look out for your every need. They work hard to get the orders out quickly.
Truly exceptional customer service.
