I usually go for my standard order of the beef and broccoli combo and the owner has had no issues making accommodations for me when I’ve asked for them. Furthermore, he is genuinely invested in the customers enjoying their food and has even asked for feedback. I’ve been to countless Chinese takeout spots — often times, the food may not go down well or feels like it has too much sauce etc. Not here, and moreover, the quality is reproducible every time I order. “we've been twice now and each time the owner is super nice. catered to our pickiest eater so she could also enjoy a "pho" with us, he made her a plain chicken broth soup on the house. came for a pick up order and was given crab Rangoon and a Thai tea while I waited. food is also delicious! house pho is delish as well as the rare steak.“

“We went there with a party of eight and we're seated right when we got there as we had made reservations. Our waiter Tony was fabulous. He was very responsive.
The food was definitely overcooked. I had scallops and shrimp , and they were very dry. My husband prefers a well done steak , but he did not appreciate the well done shrimp. The rice was pretty bland not much spice. And only had eggs in it. No vegetables other than the one onion that was cut up for the volcano. We did get vegetables after the main meal was done. But it didn't help the rice any.
We will try another hibachi when we have the $$ to fo so. Not rushing back here.
When the meal was done , they were all too quick to rush us out to seat the next party.“

“I've never had Bonchin before, so I decided to try it out and ordered this on door dash. So I can't speak to the atmosphere, but oh my goodness. All the food I ordered was delicious. Delivered to me from their location, which is some good city miles, and it was still hot and crispy. Got the 1/2 and 1/2 chicken, trying classic and spicy with a side or Korean streak corn. I ordered the Korean corn dog and Sotteok Sotteok. All so friggin good.“
