“Came in today, Sunday 10/13, expecting a decent crowd since it’s Sunday! Walked in and it was busy but only one young girl working. Just wanted to comment on how wonderful of a job she did despite seeming overwhelmed with the large orders and being by herself. Maybe someone was on break, but I just wanted to comment on great she did by herself on a busy Sunday morning! She was apologetic for the wait over and over again. Great service and I hope this young girl gets recognized for her great job!!“

“My bf went in to grab my mobile order bc the drive through was backed up.I do understand this location is probably taking on the overflow from the Millbury location being closed for renovation.Unfortunately, my unwarmed bagel twist was so burnt it was almost inedible.My bf also was inside for approximately 10 mins trying to get the order that was placed and sitting there.No drinks just a bagel and donut. This isn’t acceptable. Do better.Again, I understand when other stores close this may bring more to other stores but Dunkin knew it would close and should’ve prepared.Also, I do not put this blame on any of the people physically working in the store that day BUT the corporate people/franchise owners running these locations & putting these people in these situations. It’s gross and it’s very much giving the impression “I don’t care about my employees or customers.”“

“Very Upbeat and Friendly Staff“

“We were looking for a good donut place besides the normal .DD We found this and we were from out of town. A mom and pop run location with excellent food, quick service. I purchased 2 breakfast sandwich and my son got some donuts. It was a win-win.

Parking: This location is in a strip mall plaza and there was plenty of parking.“

“I travel a half hour each way to get these doughnuts. They are the best doughnuts around. The size of the regular doughnuts are double from what you get at Dunkin's or Honey Dew nevermind their jumbo doughnuts. They are like 4 regular sized doughnuts in one.

They always have a special doughnut every time I visit.“

“Mochinut donuts was very good and I ordered six donuts It wasn't very loud and I didn't want to leave after we ordered and we got our order back And my favorite mochi donut that they had was the s'mores! Next time we go I will try the cool hot dog flavors or some new mochi donut flavors. They also had a neat little photo op area where you could sit and relax I really like the decor and the atmosphere was awesome! Can't wait to go back.“

“The bagels are supreme. Dunks isn't even in the same league as Dew on bagels. The coffee and prices are about the same, but the food quality and variety of options is vastly superior to dunks. I'm not sure how Dunkin can legally call their product food. The Dew does it right.“

“Wonderful people working at the counter very quick service as well. It's been a long time since I had affordable coffee that tasted as good as jumbo donuts is able to produce... And that says a lot. We'll definitely be coming back to this location I highly recommend it.“

“I don't normally do reviews, but DeeDee's service was so exceptionally warm, friendly, and 'Perfect' that I just had to. I went through the drive thru and I had to wait a little longer, but she came to the window and let me know that the Bold coffee was just finishing brewing (anyone who complains about a little wait for fresh coffee is someone I will never understand, lol). I also ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, and the bacon was crisp, and there was plenty of it!! Wish I lived closer, I would drive thru all the time.I did not go in, and it is a Honey Dew inside a gas station, but DeeDee's service was so great, she earned the 5 stars for 'atmosphere'“

“I am a regular at Dippins. Traffic can be crazy on weekend but always worth the wait. The food has been delicious and is always fresh. The donuts, specifically the blueberry cake and cherry cola are a family favorite in our house. When there are issues they are typically very apologetic and quick to fix. The employees are always very kind and accurate. There is one woman by the name of Jen who is very rude and has a crappy attitude. Rushes through your order, seems to hate her job and has not smiled once when I have gone through there. Everyone else is kind and provides great service!“

“Parking: East Main Street in Webster. If you get there early you can find a parking spot. There's about 6 spots in front and about 8 or 10 spots on the side of the building. It's still the best place to go for breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch. The staff is very friendly and courteous.

Kid-friendliness: They allow the kids to take their time when they are looking at the list of items to see what they want. They talk to the kids while they're getting there goodies.

Wheelchair accessibility: The sidewalk that runs the length of the building has a slight angle at one end for wheelchairs and people like me who walks with a cane to easily make their way up to the door.“

“I love being a regular here. The morning staff are the literal best. Brandy is a love who knows her regulars by their orders at a drive thru with no camera. They literally brighten my day with the calls of “good morning, love!”
They are efficient and the food is always good (waffle breakfast sandwich no syrup is the bomb). Coffee is also phenomenal, made with the older style drip coffee pots and man, it NEVER misses.
Brandy and the morning team are the best.“

“Great little hole in the wall. Grab and go kinda spot, dont expect to sit down for full service or anything. Breakfast sandwich cant go wrong, also honey buns + donuts are on point! “Great place to eat breakfast, price is good, food is great and staff are great. i recommend this place if in a rush or on the way to work and need a bite. I managed to leave my wallet here, they were very professional about the situation and wouldn't let just anyone take it i was able to get it back with nothing missing out of it.“

“I used to live right down the street in walking distance of this convenience store with Honey Dew inside. I now live about an hour away,but still stop in when visiting Worcester. Always a pleasure to see the friendly staff here! They are very fast paced & efficient, always courteous, accurate with orders & welcoming. The lines go fast, because they are wonderful at keeping up with customers. I have never had any issues here before. Coffee is always fresh, made how you like it. Many flavors. Also great cappuccino & bakery items such as muffins, donuts, coffee rolls, dew drops & more! Breakfast sandwiches available also. There is also public restrooms inside of Honey Farms (the convenience store that Honey Dew is located inside). You just need to ask Honey Farms staff to use the key first, because they stay locked. Would recommend!“

“The staff working the drive-through should be paid better money because they're so friendly and put up with a lot. If your a bagel you can't mess that up. When they try to sell actual food, sandwiches. They are not built for that type of handling. So, it can be horrible. Keep it Donuts and coffee ☕️“

“Solid place! Well worth the stop and a sizable improvement over large chain coffee stores for both food and drip coffee. I got a jalapeno bagel and could taste a pleasant amount of heat. Expanding to espresso options would be one way to improve on a good thing“

“Had an amazing experience with employee Alma. She went above and beyond expectations. While having a great conversation with her, she was still working hard and never missed a beat. This employee either deserves a raise or to be a manager. She is definitely qualified for the position.“

“Mochi donuts with Vietnamese coffee (hot or cold brew) are a heavenly treat, and this is probably the best place in Worcester to get them. Also available: range of tea and coffee beverages and ice cream. The shop really isn’t a place to hang out; so take-out is in my opinion the way to go.“

Other reviewers have noted the frightening level of efficiency here and it is very true. You'll get your order rapidly even if the place is very crowded. At WPI classes end at 10 minutes before the hour, so the best practice is to visit the place in the bottom half of the hour.“

“This Dunkin Donuts. It's pretty good. The only thing I do not like is the watery coffee but everything else it's amazing, especially one worker. He is amazing. His name is Carlos and very awesome person and he always will be honest with the customer. Love everything they sell here because it's nice and fresh“

“I have been to many many many Dunkin’s throughout my life. And this one hands down has the fastest smoothest service ever. It’s so fast that no matter the rush hour I have to make sure I’m ready because I’m not trying to mess up their flow lol I love it here. It’s my FIRST go to Dunkin’s in my way to work. They have never messed up my order which is so rare. Management is everything. The lady who takes the drive through orders is so respectful and kind and I’m pretty sure it’s her that makes sure everything is running smooth. Thank you for making my mornings so much easier.“
