Everytime I go the staff is really nice but everytime I order my usual ice coffee with milk the coffee tastes sour this time my coffee was really sour and had to dump it out. I’ve worked in food service before and that tells me the milk is going bad because it’s not being refrigerated at the correct temperature.
Their seems to be a lot of one stars I do not do the drive through.I go inside and order Lg ice coffee.and the person waiting on me stir it with a spoon.mixed perfect.every time.
I order simple things and they STILL SCREW them up on a consistent basis. I will NEVER GO BACK. Coffee tastes old, you typically get the wrong donut. Etc. Never again.
