Every time I go through the drive thru late night I'm always greeted by a very friendly staff!!! :)
Every time I go to this location , my food is lukewarm or cold. Sometimes i am only ordering French Fries and a drink. If am only ordering just fries, don’t you think I would want them at least warm? I have even received cold chicken nuggets. The food is often cold even when they are busy. Do better.
This is a perfect McDonalds, great food, amazing service, good employees

McDonald's in Millis is considered the best location by a long-time enthusiast, praising the fast service and high-quality food. The manager, Mike, is highlighted for his exceptional customer service. The restaurant features up-to-date decor, self-ordering and self-serve soda machines, and participates in various deals. It is rarely crowded, offers plenty of free parking, and is easily accessible for wheelchairs. Another reviewer commends the newly renovated restaurant for its fast service and freshly made burgers. However, recent reviews mention some issues, such as getting the wrong sauces—sometimes receiving no sauces at all—and problems with the toilets, which flush automatically and have a difficult manual flush button. One customer shared that the food is generally good, with some enjoying the chicken Big Mac, although others found the meat cold and poorly assembled. Despite these issues, the staff and the food still receive praise, and many customers find the location convenient and welcoming.
