“I have been a McDonald's enthusiast for just about my entire life. This particular location is hands down the absolute best location I have ever visited. I recently moved nearby and started going here and the difference between this and other McDonalds is unbelievable. Not only is the service fast but the quality of every single item you order is the best you will ever taste from any McDonalds ever. REALLY. Of all the cities and all the states I have ever went to a McDonald's this Millis Location is the absolute best. Why? I believe that the manager Mike is probably one of the best employees that exists. "Hi, Welcome to McDonalds how can we help you out today" is Mike's signature greeting that lets you know you are about to receive the best of the best. Thank you, Mike for a level of service that I hope will be recognized and rewarded some day.Recently I was sad to learn that another McDonalds location (Natick/Framingham) lost a long time MVP manager due to the fact that McDonald's does not give raises to its managers. I have a great amount of respect for this corporation for its amazing ingenuity and efficiency when it comes to engineering the most efficient kitchens in existence. Yet I am troubled by the fact it does not value the team members that dedicate years of their lives to your establishment and you let them go find other jobs like it's nothing. As a lifelong patron I have seen the difference a strong leader can make and maybe corporate is out of touch with how things really work. So here is my final statement to McDonald's: if you care at all about your restaurants and customers you will do everything you can to make sure excellent team members like Mike and other MVPs stay onboard and continue doing an amazing job. A little recognition can go a long way toward morale so if you are at all interested in creating the best most function most lucrative enterprise you will go out of your way to make sure your employees get what they deserve.Thank you, Mike keep doing an amazing job.Christopher“

“Tried this BBQ spot for the first time to cater our daughter’s birthday party and I’m very happy we did - it was a hit. The food was outstanding, especially the brisket, beans, and the sauces (vinegar one was amazing!). Everything was ready on time, the price was very reasonable and we look forward to having their delicious food again soon!“

“Don't be fooled by the exterior and location, this place was wonderful. The staff were super friendly and I was very pleasantly surprised to be served high-quality chips and salsa, for free, in addition to my meal at the table. I was not expecting table service. There was something delicious advertised at the cash register, which I've unfortunately forgotten the name of. It was open faced, like a tostada, but in more of a doughy, pastry shell. I was so glad I ordered it to go. You should be sure to try it too! The tostones were perfectly salted. As a Gringa, my meal had the perfect amount of heat. I tasted all of the cilantro and fresh flavors but without tears or a single drink with my meal. I'll be back!“

“Went in here yesterday and was honestly blown away by the customer service. It was truly refreshing seeing 3 younger employees running and working the front counter so well. All working hard, making conversations with the customers and incredibly friendly and held themselves very well (all things sadly that are hard to come by anymore) As much as I believe the “asking for tips” has gotten a bit crazy lately for basic and sometimes minimal service-I was more than happy to give a good tip to these workers.Kid-friendliness: Made conversation with child brought in with me.“

“I travel coast to coast and I've ate many jersey Mike's, there are 2 that are above the rest and this is one of them, very friendly, good quality is something they strive to insure I can tell. My 17 on rosemary parm was hot, bread was fresh and crisp, meat wasn't overdone but full of flavor, they also had a good meat to bread ratio which I see many jersey Mike's failing at, I get it, less will save you by many go to far and your just eating flavored bread. My hat goes off to whoever manages this location.“

Went in not knowing what the hell I wanted or why I even bothered stopping by to purchasing his go sandwich which I highly recommend asking for. We will back because of the quality of service and professionalism.“

“I stopped in here for their $8 meal: 3 chicken strips with sauce, french fries, medium soda, and a small sundae. I recently had dental surgery and was surprised I could eat the chicken strips. I did peel a lot of the breaded covering off. The sundae was the best part of the meal!“

“This was by far one of the most amazing subways I have ever been in! Such outstanding service! The gentleman who owns the shop was very friendly and he offered us extra spicy pickled vegetables that he has purchased special just for his son. And he shared them with us! He also gave us a great deal on cookies. I don't know when I'd ever be back by through here, but if I ever was to go to a subway it would be this one. You should be a model for all of the other subways all over the country!“

“Picked up food about two weeks ago. Our order was messed up not the way we like to eat our sandwiches. The fries and meat are sourced in the US, and the potatoes have a history posted.I consider Chipotle, Panera, and D'Angelo's to be competitors. Depending on the mood and budget, all four of these options are far better than "Fast Food." The price point is about 20% higher than fast food, but you have much healthier options.“
