Very good sourdough, I get the loaf uncut. I slice at home, as I eat simply with butter. I freeze half, just defrost then heat in oven 10 min. I’m gluten intolerant but sourdoughs with quality flours are bearable. One star off for the staff who maybe need more caffeine in the morning.

I usually don't like anyplace with a line. But this place is worth it. Great ambiance and great pastries. Went everyday on my trip. The blueberry scone is an underrated gem.

Absolutely spectacular breakfast sandwich (bacon egg and cheese). The bread is fresh and so delicious, and worth the ~40 min wait on a Saturday mid-morning.

Quite good. I would go again but I wouldn’t wait in line again. Sandwiches are good- quality ingredients. I was expecting a fresh egg rather than a frittata style egg square reminiscent of the Starbucks circle egg. That would have elevated it, but it’s as good as a pre prepped egg gets. Also sandwich is very oily. Staff is very nice here.

The best bakery in town. Great pastries and sandwiches. Line is a little long - it’d be great if they opened another register and had two people taking orders. The line seems artificially long simply because they take orders slowly. Nonetheless, still a 5/5 for me as on the island they are the clear best for pastries.

Born and Bread is a gem. The staff is incredibly hardworking and friendly—they clearly care about what they do. The bacon, egg, and cheese is out of this world: perfectly cooked, layered on fresh, buttery bread, and made with noticeably high-quality ingredients. Everything is flavorful, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared.

Great sandwiches and terrific bread
This place is so cutesy and homey and yummy, especially on a sunny summer morning walking around in town. Makes me smile, their avocado egg and cheese breakfast sandwich made me so happy I was literally levitating while eating it. Their coffee is also FIRE and you can get a bag of bread ends for pretty cheap and they’re godsent
She is beauty and she’s grace, she is a warm rich panini on a cool summer’s day
They screwed up, lost our order, no apologies and I felt contempt from the staff.
