Breeze Restaurant offers a quiet and nice ambiance, with delicious food and drinks. While the chairs could be more comfortable, the overall dining experience is great. The restaurant has a new chef, and the food is excellent, with the roast chicken, wok-fried greens, and decadent short rib burger being highlights. The service is exceptional, with a welcoming, kind, and professional staff, including the server and bartender. As a local favorite, Breeze has had its ups and downs, but the recent meal was the best ever, with a cool and understated vibe, fine glassware, and eclectic dinnerware. The meal started with fresh focaccia, followed by delicious shishito peppers and a light and bright harvest salad. The atmosphere was complemented by attentive service, helping guests with their selections and making the night enjoyable. The lobster was wonderful, as were the sides and the casual non-lobster options, and the staff was helpful in accommodating specific requests. The restaurant also hosts fun events like the Monday night Clambake-Lobster night, which is perfect for families of all ages and features delicious food, including a most amazing berry shortcake with hot sweet biscuits. The overall experience is peaceful, entertaining, and well worth the wait, with a lovely gift shop offering impeccable wrapping and chocolates.
