Do not get the pistachio ice cream. It’s just overly sweet vanilla with green food coloring and pistachio chunks. I threw mine away.

I love this place! The ice cream is soooo good! Black raspberry is the best by far. Highly recommend it.
A ton of options, and many for all with allergies. My wife is gluten free and got to have her ice cream in a fantastic GF waffle cone for the first time in years. and I get it is Nantucket but the prices are just too high, inflation or not it should not cost $30 for 2 ice creams not even on Nantucket. Other than the pricing, it was a great place!
The ice cream here is so good! I got moose tracks served in a warm fresh waffle cone :)
The employees are very nice and they also have great iced lattes and bagels.
People complain about high prices but it costs more than they think to stay in business and have ingredients imported. Im my opinion it’s definitely worth it and I would highly recommend Jack and Charlie’s!!
Best ice cream on the island! Their homemade waffle cones are incredible and make the ice cream even better. On top of that, they serve amazing breakfast food — I loved my egg sandwich. Definitely a spot worth visiting!
Great alternative to the juice bar. Reasonably priced. Nice patio area to sit and eat your ice cream.

Jack and Charlie’s has the best coffee on the island—hands down better than anywhere else on this end. Every cup is fresh, rich, and consistently delicious. On top of that, the employees are always so kind and welcoming, making you feel like a valued customer every time you walk in. Their customer service is top-notch, and it really makes the whole experience stand out. Highly recommend stopping by if you want great coffee and even better service!

My friend and I came to the island for the day and absolutely love the ice cream. The two boys in there Ollie and Jack were so kind and I could almost hang out there all day just talking to them. Definitely recommend and keep up the good work you guys!

This place yall!! Stopped here every night for a cone. Lovely spot with great ice cream flavors and waffle cones that come out warm! Even the GF version was incredible! Also dropped in one morning for a breakfast sammie which was also well done.
