Say online open until 5 so tried to go in 4:10 door was locked but customer inside. Cashier told me through door it’s shut not even opening it to tell us. It’s fine if you stop serving earlier but you must advertise it and at least do the curtsey of speaking to customers properly.

Great spot, usually get sandwiches but decided this time to switch it up and get salads. The salads we ordered were absolutely delicious however, the portion size severely undersized. It was more of a side salad than our main meal, wish it could have been bulked up with more greens.

Provisions is one of the best sandwich shops on Nantucket, no questions asked! I've patroned the restaurant for many years and the owners and staff go above and beyond to provide a warm, welcoming environment that is consistent in both quality and quantity. While their classic Turkey Terrific and Caprese are praised far and wide, my favorite order is their Italian sandwich, no onion, extra hot pepper relish. Their Turkey Club takes a very close 2nd! Their Congo Bars and Cream Cheese Brownies are so rich a delectable, I often have it in two servings or split with a friend. And they cater! Run don't walk to this spot. Like most busy island restaurants, there may be a little wait on a busy Summer day, but worth it every time!
Gave me milk instead of coffee and was rude about it. Everyone was visibly irritated and confused by the multiple lines inside to order.

They post in small letters cash only on one side of the menu. I did not see it. They charged me a lot extra to sue a card 97 dollars for 4 sandwiches! They were good sandwiches but not that good. And they forgot the pickles I requested. :(

Terrible and overpriced! There’s about as much meat in their sandwiches as Subway. Plus, they post one price on their website and charge another MUCH higher price. I’ve been going for many years and will never go back.
