Sea Grille is a gem on Nantucket. The food was excellent, the staff went above and Beyond, and there is a upscale vibe here. I can recommend the halibut, which was excellent. The cocktails were excellent as well. Definitely go here for a refined and delicious meal.

Great service, food was delicious but the truffle pasta tasted 0 of truffle (one who has had proper truffle in Italy). Definitely skip that, super surprised the chef is actually serving it considering the quality. Otherwise everything else was very delicious such as the wedge salad, the apple toffee cake and the lobster bisque.

This was one of the best dinners I've had in a long time. It may be pricy, but the service, food, and atmosphere justify the expense. The complimentary bread basket was delicious and varied. Our appetizers were all incredible both visually and gustatorily. The mains were to die for as well. I got the swordfish, which was cooked to perfection, and an incredible cocktail which didn't skimp on the alcohol! There are some vegetarian options even though their speciality is seafood. The lighting was dim but not dark and it wasn't too loud. The servers were able to make adjustments to our meals and tell us what was local and in season. I would highly recommend this restaurant for an experience you won't soon forget.

We have dined here every year for the past 6 years. I have to say this year has been a huge disappointment. The wagyu special literally was rancid. The service (although our waitress was great ) was super slow. When we asked for the manager to express our discontent she was completely indignant. Basically insinuating that it was our taste that was the issue. She even offered to cancel our future reservations. I suppose they are so busy regulars don’t matter….

They say customer service comes from the top. Considering the manager is condescending and indignant, the rude staff makes complete sense. We have always been patrons, but after this evening,The Sea Grill is off the list. The manager was even willing to cancel our future reservations. When we expressed our dismay at subpar entrees. I’m glad that business is so good that repeat customers don’t matter.

Absolutely fabulous food. Really nice menu in addition to a bar menu. We ate here twice in a week because we were guaranteed an excellent meal. You can eat light or gourmet. My husband loved his foie gras appetizer with scallops. Everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. Bravo!
