Steady yourself for what I'm about to say, the gazebo is part of the tavern- for years. I thought the tavern, it was just where you went to the bathroom, and I always felt like I was doing something not illegal, but you know, shady, like, I'm just here to use the bathroom. But it turns out it's the same place you're just not allowed to have anything in between the place. If you get French fries at the tavern, you can't take them to the gazebo, not even in a to go box.
I'm not sure what the rules are If you got a mudslide at the tavern, if you'd be able to take it over to the gazebo. I think you would just have to go to the gazebo and get another mudside, and dream about French fries.

You are definitely paying for the view here. The food was mediocre, if that. The coleslaw was horrible and when I tried to make it better with salt and pepper, the salt grinder I was given was empty. No mayo or mustard was provided with a burger. At a minimum one would expect to be asked if the plate didn't come with either condiment. The server I had seemed like he would prefer to be any place but at his job. He did the bare minimum but never smiled once. Another server who I asked for help from I could tell was annoyed because I wasn't in her section. She was at least willing to find my server who brought me what I needed. In general the staff here seems quite apathetic to working here as evidenced by the empty salt grinder. It's a shame because this place could be great with the view of the harbor.

Great bar restaurant on Nantucket - Outstanding service and the food too! - I had the Turkey Club Sandwich with Cranberry and avocado which was first rate. We sat on the 2nd story outside deck which had cool winds blowing from the bay- Highly recommend

I will forever daydream about the Grilled Chicken Caprese sandwich I had here. Our server was very nice and the location is perfect!
Great Spot! Mudslides and classic pub/tavern food.
KARA, was an amazing server, so kind, and had great recommendations of a true islander.
She made the entire experience today for lunch, we’ll be back!
Cara is the star of the show, just finished the most amazing lunch on the deck, good casual lunch and cocktails 🤘
Stopped in on the way to the Ferry, great atmosphere, good drinks, didn't have time to eat, but the menu looked great!

Great location, Sat outside, Waite staff was great, limited but good variety of menu options. A little pricey, but good quality food, Child friendly too.
I sat outside yesterday and had the best lunch yesterday. Even when it started to rain, our waitress Lizzie, made sure we were dry and having a great time. She recommended the mudslide and Nantucket scallops — how can it get more Nantucket than this?? I am now back here for the second day in a row sitting at the bar and Simon made me a delicious drink. I’ll probably be back tomorrow!
Had a great experience here, the service and the food was both amazing! Haleigh was our server yesterday and she did a amazing job she was very personable and professional she did absolutely amazing couldn’t say thank you enough🫶🏻 also the drinks were amazinggg
Obnoxious staff! We sat at the bar, nobody acknowledged us. One bartender was talking to a couple right next to us and the other one was playing connect four with a waitress. We finally ordered wings and we for terrible tenders. We were never asked how they were or if we needed anything else. Very disappointing especially when this tavern is right near the ferry. They definitely don't take advantage of the great location. The gazebo is just a loud drinking fest for people in their 20s.
We sat on the patio upstairs overlooking the marina. The truffle fries were heavenly as well as the beet and goat cheese salad. Cold refreshing wine and views were perfect!
