Ok so I know what you are going to say, mall food?!? I know! There were four of us as a family going to level 99 and we couldn’t figure out what to eat so we said screw it and ate at the mall, we all got some place different. My husband ended up getting this and all of us loved his food and didn’t like our own! Beans were super flavorful. Rice was so good he got chicken and some corn thing. All was good

Went there for lunch. The food was great, but service was slow at first. There was only one girl doing everything – taking orders and running the cashier. The guy at the grill just stood there until the line got really long, then finally helped. They could be more organized during busy hours.

I got the Brazilian rice and beans with vinaigrette and chicken wings and they were so flavorful and tasty! This is one of my favorite restaurants at this food court!

The restaurant should vet who delivers their food. The driver was miles away from my house and all of a sudden it said your food has been delivered. So I said ok, I’ll check the photo.

This is the ‘delivered’ photo I got from the seamless driver. She stole the food. Seamless are investigating but I don’t expect them to do much.

Tried calling the restaurant but the number doesn’t work. This is such a mess. Which is a pity because the food is good.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Terra Nossa in the Mavic Mall. The staff member who served me was not wearing the standard uniform cap — only a beanie — which raised serious concerns about hygiene. In a food service environment, proper appearance and cleanliness are essential, and unfortunately, this location fell short. I hope management addresses this issue and reinforces basic food safety protocols.

Had lunch today at Terra Nossa Brazilian Grill at the Cape Cod Mall. I had the Terra Nossa classic burger and it was phenomenal. The sausage was a perfect flavor combo with the burger, and both patties were tender enough that you didn’t get anything pulling out of the burger when you bit into it. Caramelized onions and the crunchy potato sticks complimented the burger sauce and added a nice crunch to the burger. Then there’s the cheese. Melty gooey awesomeness right in the middle of everything. This is an absolute must get at the food court and I am so glad I saw this picture from across the room.

Literally just got the cheeseburger and fry combo with the beverage and was waiting 45 minutes for it to be made. Not going to lie pretty upset with the service today. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Coxinhas were made with cream cheese and don’t have actual authentic Brazilian cheese in them… very disappointed! I had these from them before and they were made perfect: today’s not the best.

I had a worse experience with this place today. I asked the server what they had for well-done meat, and she gave the option between sirloin or brisket, I closed sirloin. They put brisket in my to-go container. When I sat down to eat, I found out that they put brisket and not sirloin. I was not even able to swallow that meat because it was so hard! They gave me the worst experience, when I spoke to them, and requested to change it, the grill man held my plate hostage, so to speak, and removed the brisket, it took so long for them to replace it, and I left with no meat on the plate. Be aware if you ask for sirloin they will give brisket!

Bad uncooked meat. Bad service
Got did poisoning right after eating their picanha. Would not recommend
