Terra Nossa Brazilian Grill Natick Mall

The restaurant should vet who delivers their food. The driver was miles away from my house and all of a sudden it said your food has been delivered. So I said ok, I’ll check the photo.

This is the ‘delivered’ photo I got from the seamless driver. She stole the food. Seamless are investigating but I don’t expect them to do much.

Tried calling the restaurant but the number doesn’t work. This is such a mess. Which is a pity because the food is good.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Terra Nossa in the Mavic Mall. The staff member who served me was not wearing the standard uniform cap — only a beanie — which raised serious concerns about hygiene. In a food service environment, proper appearance and cleanliness are essential, and unfortunately, this location fell short. I hope management addresses this issue and reinforces basic food safety protocols.

Had lunch today at Terra Nossa Brazilian Grill at the Cape Cod Mall. I had the Terra Nossa classic burger and it was phenomenal. The sausage was a perfect flavor combo with the burger, and both patties were tender enough that you didn’t get anything pulling out of the burger when you bit into it. Caramelized onions and the crunchy potato sticks complimented the burger sauce and added a nice crunch to the burger. Then there’s the cheese. Melty gooey awesomeness right in the middle of everything. This is an absolute must get at the food court and I am so glad I saw this picture from across the room.

Literally just got the cheeseburger and fry combo with the beverage and was waiting 45 minutes for it to be made. Not going to lie pretty upset with the service today. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Coxinhas were made with cream cheese and don’t have actual authentic Brazilian cheese in them… very disappointed! I had these from them before and they were made perfect: today’s not the best.

I had a worse experience with this place today. I asked the server what they had for well-done meat, and she gave the option between sirloin or brisket, I closed sirloin. They put brisket in my to-go container. When I sat down to eat, I found out that they put brisket and not sirloin. I was not even able to swallow that meat because it was so hard! They gave me the worst experience, when I spoke to them, and requested to change it, the grill man held my plate hostage, so to speak, and removed the brisket, it took so long for them to replace it, and I left with no meat on the plate. Be aware if you ask for sirloin they will give brisket!

This is my go-to place in the food court; their food is DELICIOUS no matter what you get (and you get heaping portions for what you pay!). I love the steak, plantains, and rice and beans, but the cold side-options are equally good! I hope this company remains as part of the Natick food court for a long time; their service is always friendly and helpful, and the food is hearty and excellent. Definitely recommend.

I bought 2 burgers and one chicken burger they were all disgusting,my chicken one the piece pf chicken was so small it fir inside of my hand,even with that I could not eat it,no flavor and rubbery and the burgers the patties were chewy and discolored pike it had been reheated on a microwave and all the color had gone away,never again they will see my money and ohhh don’t be mistaken for the fries if 10 fries come on the plate that is too many,don’t waste your money

9/8 I went to the Terra Nossa Restaurant in the mall, terrible service, the girl didn't even want to be there, it was clear, the food was horrible, hard rice, lasagna with questionable taste, probably sour sausage... anyway, the only good thing was the fried cassava.

The food was very poor taste. Not flavour at all. Also the açaí was taste like fridge. The restaurant used to be very good. Not anymore.

I order BUILD YOUR OWN COMBO and this is the meat they sent.
It even haven option for you to choo the meat temperature. Looks like they pock what you like, and defninitly sent you whatever left over burned is there at the time.
