Terra Nossa Brazilian Grill Natick Mall

I visited this place today for lunch and ordered some grilled chicken and a couple of other sides. The only problem was that the chicken was uncooked and a little pink inside. I told the server (girl) what happened and she was in complete denial, unapologetic and gave me an attitude! What a great way to represent your business! There was a guy there at the register which was cordial to me. Good luck with the “excellence” in customer service…

I’m very disappointed with the experience I had at Terra Nossa. The person who says she is the manager, Luiza, treated me very poorly over a mistake that happened because of the store’s lack of communication and information with customers. Instead of trying to help or handle the situation professionally, she was rude and disrespectful. I left the store feeling upset and disappointed by the way I was treated. A manager should know how to speak to customers with respect and professionalism.

Food doesn’t worse the money

Not sure if tough brisket is a style, but most of my pieces were on the tougher side like a regular cut of beef heat up on a household stove. They also charged me 68 cents more without telling me for a non-cash order according to the receipt, since I paid with a credit card. Also, my bottle of water had a tiny bit of dried brown stuff on it near the top. What soil are they dropping their water bottles off in? Absolute bull. Try your best to scrape this place off the end of your shoe. Also, it is a fast food mall place, it doesn’t deserve the same review scores as a higher end restaurant.

Too much salt!!!! Why is the burger salted sooo much? It’s not necessary And no ketchup? The fries were those extra fried greasy ones which make McDonalds fries look healthy. I’ll go elsewhere next time.

I got barely an steak for $17 no sides plus the steak tasted like water very disappointing

I ordered a pastel that was supposed to be chicken, but unfortunately it came as cheese instead.
The size was good and satisfying, but it wasn’t what I asked for. I hope more attention is given to order accuracy in the future.

Hello, the lady working at Teranosa is very aggressive and responds to people in a rude and unnecessary way. When you place an order and ask a question, she doesn’t properly answer and instead responds aggressively, asking whether you placed the order or not.

We ordered and waited for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes the buzzer never rang. We reminded them several times of our order. Many people who ordered after us got their order. After half an hour the order they gave us was wrong flavor. They took it from us without even apology and then told us to wait another 20 minutes. Then they gave us something wrong AGAIN!! We asked for a refund at the end. Absolute terrible service.
