Food was what you expect from jimboys. Love the tacos, have since I was younger. The rice was better here than most of the other ones I've visited but beans were very dry. They had a space for salsa bar but nothing was out. Only thing offered to us was the taco sauce packets. The last one I visited in marysville ca had a whole salsa bar and horchata and jamica offered as drinks. This place sadly just had the plain soda fountain drinks
I haven't eaten here since covid. But I still go here to get food for someone else. Reason that I don't is due to the attitude of the person whi is always taking my order. This person is always there and just give me attitude every time I go in. I feel as if she really dontwantto serve me, but I always smile because I dont want any wrong done to the food I am buying for someone else. So I do stand & watch it prepared. Jimboys are always a reliable choice when you just want tacos. I purchased the 6 chicken tacos and recieved the beef tacos. That was a bit if a disappointment when you don't eat beef. The taquitos are guaranteed crowd pleaser. They are so good and highly recommended them. The chicken ones are my recommendation. Theyvare fresh and not overcooked and very satisfying.
