Purple Carrot

I hope this is the right purple carrot! I recently started using the vegan food service Purple Carrot . First let me say I tried 3 other food services before trying this one. The food is excellent and I would still be a customer if Purple Carrot had better customer service. Had a problem with an order. The only way to contact them is through chat and the representative was short and didn't even try to solve the problem. Instead she just let a new customer cancel their order. With the high cost of customer acquisition you would think service would be a priority. I asked her to relay my concerns to management thinking they would get involved. Not a word...read full review
