I tried Bajas for the first time the other night, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed! The food was delicious, and I loved being able to build my own bowl exactly how I wanted it. Everything tasted fresh, the quality was great, and the portion size was honestly amazing for the price. One of the best parts was how filling the bowl was! The food area is always pristine and the food always fresh and tasty. Staff are friendly and professional, and the service is always quick. The pricing is reasonable, and the portions are amazing for the price. The bowls are so filling that one lasted two days. Customers can build their own bowl exactly how they wanted it, and the taco bowl has so many options and varieties of meats and veggies to choose from. The quesabirria is always a go to and it's HUGE, full of flavor and juicy. Birria tacos, taco salad, and sub were great. The salad bowl was so big that half could not even be eaten. The menu is large but plenty of options for everyone. The food line looked amazing, and everything was bright, clean, and fresh. There is a small seating area, great for on the go or a quick lunch. Bajas Fresh Grill X LLC is better than Chipotle, Caliente, and Caliritos.
