Love this place!

oh my, I'm actually surprised I haven't written a review yet.

Let me tell you, If you are considering bubble tea in the area, THIS 👏 IS 👏 THE 👏 SPOT 👏
They have an amazing array of bubble teas, and they offer coffee as well! Good selection of boba, they have popping as well as other jellies which is nice. They switch out their signature flavors monthly /seasonally which I find to be super fun, and the service here is always quick and friendly. The tea itself is really good quality, I definitely prefer it over chicken story or any other on the area. They also have cookies & some other bits and bobs you can purchase. All pretty good and DEF well made.
There is very little seating, and not a ton of standing room, but both the employees & customers make it work. I've run into some old friends & made new ones just from coming here! This was definitely a huge staple for me & my partner especially in 2023/2024. It's one of the main places we consider to have offered a great space for our relationship to bloom 🌺 lgbtq friendly all around.

Excellent all around!

Their teas are delicious. Great variety and you can get them hot or cold. I buy a large and I rarely get home with any left...because it's so good!

Hidden gem here is the coffee!

The customer service is phenomenal. They care about their customers and stand behind their products.

Don't let the size of the menu scare you. The employees will be glad to help you. It can get a little busy here but they are fast and efficient.

I have been to MANY bubble tea shops. Besteas is by far my favorite! The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, and their tapioca is perfectly cooked 100% of the time. The amount of options and flavors is unmatched, and their seasonal/monthly specials are always unique and delicious. They are priced very fairly, and the best part is that I never feel guilty supporting them because they are a local small business :) Thankful they are a NB staple!

My son and I love coming here for the strawberry and short cake. I haven't tried anything else. The only thing that I don't like that they use a lot of ice rather than that, my son likes coming here.

This place is a clean quaint place! You can order pre-arranged flavors of tea or blend your own! Rose All Day and Queen Bee ate really good. Today I made Black Tea Blueberry flavor and Blueberry boba light ice!

Great spot for coffee, matching and a treat

My friend and I whenever we are in the area stop by and by at least one (mostly 2 a piece) of there boba teas. We have told them for years they need to build one in Taunton hehe. They are so nice and the service is always amazing there. There changing menu and regular menu give you all the options you need and more.

Best tea ever

Unique and quaint, this local gem in New Bedford is known for its delicious bubble tea. But they also have delightful pastries and coffee available. The staff of very friendly and helpful, and the clientele naturally tend to be a bit younger; roughly college age.

Best bubble tea place in the area. They also have a really cool ice cream menu.
