Once again our dining experience at Candela was outstanding! Our server, Chantel was attentive timely and welcoming. The food was hot warm flavorful and compared to some of the best food we've had in two trips to Italy! One note we were seated in a table for two near the entrance and hostess station and being a very cold night the draft at that table was extremely uncomfortable. Management should find a way to mitigate that during the winter!!
We enjoyed the luxury of beginning our weekend with an early lunch at the delightful Italian boite Candela Cucina near the historic New Bedford Pier 3. Once inside the well appointed main dining area the frigid temperatures of the last day of January were a dim memory. No strangers to Candela's menu, we chose three offerings we had not sampled during our previous visits. From their Special menu Clams Casino caught our eye. I asked our server Ray to inquire in the kitchen...
Their Tuesday Night “Vino, You & Me” is a fantastic deal! Price aside, the dinner choices are wonderful and tasted absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the pan seared salmon. One of the best I've had. Highly recommend an evening at Candela Cucina.
