I ordered a large half pineapple half hamburger pizza got there and had a Hawaiian and hamburger pizza which I hate ham gave it back to them they said five minutes I was there for an hour and they did nothing to rectify the order no coupon no nothing Not to mention it was burnt I will not go back. And the guy that answers the phones can’t take orders nor read to give you yours 10 minutes for them to hand me the wrong pizza
I ordered 2 medium pan pizzas today at 3:40pm to pick up. I ordered 2 medium pan pizzas. Ham and pineapple and pepperoni and mushrooms. I got them home and they were both uncooked in the middle. I called Dominos and waited on hold for 10 mins. I asked that they deliver a replacement and they agreed. I was told 50 minute delivery time and it arrived almost 90 minutes later.
