I always get a good coffee here at my lunch break. The staff is very nice and they give us a good service, especially Tracy! Thank you all for the good service.

I have never had a problem when I go. My
Coffee is exactly how I order it and if I have to wait a little I check out the inventory of cups and straws which is pretty well stocked. Kristina is very helpful. I usually go inside of the store and don’t have to wait very long at all. Keep up the good work 👍🏼

Absolute WORST Dunkin. Workers are rude and give attitude when THEY screw up your order 5 times a week. I need to leave my house early just to make sure I have 20 minutes extra standing in line or sitting in the drive thru. Upper management needs to get their shit together and hire all new people. Ridiculous
The worst Dunkin by far. Very slow and rude. If you don’t have 20 minutes to waste , don’t come here. The girl argued with me over the head set over a remake coffee and was so rude.. This will be my last time here. Get some new workers please 🙏

Waiting for 15 min in drive thru with only 3 cars in front of us. Extremely slow. Ordered a latte and got a regular coffee, refresher had no flavor. Just overall not a good experience

I’m not really sure how I can explain how flabbergasted I am that I went into this location today and ordered a drink and a sandwich and we’re only two people working which I think is ridiculous I’ve worked in the Dunkin experience before and two people on during lunchtime is not easy. So coming from a job like that before I understand that it can be stressful however it is not OK that I witnessed an employee working at the drive-through window taking change in money with gloves on and then returning to the sandwich station to then complete peoples food without switching those gloves. That’s for one disgusting in to do you know how many diseases and sicknesses you can pass on especially touching money. Please try to do better, Or schedule enough people on so that that does not occur.

last sunday they didn’t have any donuts i ordered and they told me they refund me never did now i get 2 sandwiches and hashbrows charred and a messed up coffee once

If I could give more stars I would the costumer service is astonishing.I am a regular and I always stop by in the drivethru as I have to rush to work and I have to say the girl at the window is always sooo talkative, and so welcoming; everytime I see her I always express how good she is and I always enjoy seeing her every-time I come thru

Idk why there are so many negative reviews, been coming here for months and haven't had a single issue yet.
Have not been cooking the bagels all the way through, this has been happening multiple times at multiple locations. I don't know if they're just trying to save tie or the machines aren't turned up enough however people are paying for this and would like cooked bread not a ball of dough, it's gross ? ?
If I could rate less I would. RUN FOR THE HILLS. I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts this morning and once again I left infuriated. I ordered a cup of coffee on the app, no food or anything else. Just a cup of coffee. It took over 20 minutes for the coffee to be given to me!!!! All the while the coffee was sitting on the back counter not placed in the to go area where I could retrieve it myself. I was late for work and my coffee was cold. The other day I got a bagel with cream cheese & I specifically requested that the cream cheese be placed on the bagel for I am a teacher and have limited time in the morning because I eat my breakfast in the car and have a classroom of students I have to get to. Once again they could not listen to a simple request and my cream cheese was not on my bagel, AND they didn’t even give me a knife so that I could spread it on myself. This is the poorest customer service I have ever encountered in my life at a business. Something seriously needs to be done! ??
I've worked at a dunkin before and I was always told it's how you present your self to the costumers... When I ask for extra bacon I expect extra bacon. Not 4 peices.. when I ask for toasted I expect it toasted. Kinda disappointed I come every day.... Only good thing here is Jocelyn. And Coleen
Ordered a specialty coffee advertised at $3. Signage on menu and in parking lot still up. Manager said promotion ended at 6am and gave an excuse about the computer system...could not simply charge me something equal in price. Wasted half of my lunch break and gas to go there. Very disappointed. Will not be returning. Hope somebody enjoys my coffee.
