Poor service, the waitress with glasses is the only one that is good there. I will not be returning after today's encounter with one of their rude waitresses. She always has an attitude and completely forgot my tables order one day and was beyond disrespectful today. We recently had our firefighter's ball for the New Bedford Fire Department at the Vault. Across the board, it was an exceptional experience. The manager, Courtney, was masterful in helping us plan and coordinate our event, menu, decorations, and entertainment.
