You never get your complete order!
We ordered a number 16 a small mash and gravy and three littles no pickles.. the number 16 didn't come with the cookie and all three littles had pickles smh when we pulled up the young lady was rude and rushed us threw the order. She had zero customer service skills.. extremely rude!! I asked her to read back the order before I paid she rolled her eyes and red it back with an attitude!! The littles had pickles smh what if there was an allergy?? No consideration at all...........read full review
My order took over an hour to come out. Ordered online and took about 15 to go into store. The first person told me that they ran out of chicken. she said that it had been really busy and they got behind and it would be a while. Made sense so i ran a quick errand. I came back about 20 minutes later and asked for my order. I was told this time that the fryer blew up and i would still need to wait. I questioned how much longer and was snapped.
