ok so the atmosphere of this place is so humid I can barely breathe. No good atmosphere it's very heavy. It is not just unhealthy, but the burgers are plain and dry, and they always mess up on the simplest things. Plus, it's overpriced. 8.50 dollars for a medium soda and two cheeseburgers. They are quick with making the food. Go over to BK. Their burgers are cooked a different way so they taste better and are healthier. Plus it is as convenient as McDonald's and is less expensive and more delicious. If you want breakfast, go to dunkin donuts to get a perfect, fast, and delicious breakfast on your way to work.Kid-friendliness: Just a happy meal that doesn't actually make me happy. It should be a frowny face instead to show what I feel after eating it. So I guess it is a sad meal. ?

Manager was so rude wen I said she was talking loud thru the speakers an I was half deaf she continued to scream loudly my order back at me knowing I just said it was hurting my ears while being half deaf is crazy then saw her at the window an she corrected her Tone ISaid see that tones much better then she started scream in a loud voice again just Obnoxious and no consideration I don’t think she should be a manager. What about you?

ABSOLUTELY LOOOOOOVE McDonald's on Kings Hwy! All the managers (wish I knew their names) are fantastic! Especially this one gentleman, I wish I knew his name, but I placed a counter pick up mobile order on 12.09.23 @ around 9pm. The dining room was locked & the drive thru was packed. (I never go thru the drive thru because inside pickup is much faster!) So I called the restaurant & the manager answered, I explained to him I placed an inside counter pickup mobile order, but the door was locked, & asked him to please let me inside, because the drive thru was already 9 cars deep. He was so polite, and told me to pull around to Parking Spot #1 & he'd bring my order out to me. I waited at the door for him, so he wouldn't have to walk as far. Luckily in that time, a guest left the restaurant, so I snuck in to grab my food from him so he didn't have to leave the restaurant to get me my order. Again, I don't know his name, but he truly goes above & beyond for his customers. I also do Door Dash delivery, & when I am waiting on an order, he his constantly reminding the other employees that their is a Dasher waiting for their order. Thank you so much for being a top notch employee, I wish more restaurant workers took their job as seriously as you do! ❤️

Ordered two combo meals in drive thru, a #5 and a #6, drove up to window to pickup order, got home and food wasn’t even close to being warm and opened up bag and both sandwiches weren’t even wrapped , just thrown in the bag in pieces and hash browns the same. I stopped going to that store for along time due to this kind of thing happened a lot. From that Kings Hwy location. So I made a dumb move by trying it again to by that kind of money for garbage food just to throw it in the trash. Doesn’t seem like the managers care enough about their store to be dedicated enough for the employees to make quality food. Word of mouth goes along way. Wasn’t even worth the aggrivation of calling the store today because it seems like in every occasion, it never gets resolved with the quality. I’m only one person; I can only guess how many upset customers there are. I go to any other location and it is never this bad, It starts with the management caring in order for their employees to care, I’m very sad because I never complain because people have bad days and make mistakes but I really seems like none of the staff care. So another meal thrown in the garbage not even edible, seems like corporate should have secret undercover customers coming to store without notice often here to investigate these problems. I would give a zero for satisfaction if I could. Sad.
