Ok when i ln a hurry rather buy a burger at a mom n pop store ends up being the same price.
Ordered on the app, while in the parking lot. Walked in immediately after placing the order. Food was already cold and of course items were missing. Had to wait for any one of the staff to pay attention, so I could get them to rectify the order. Found it amazing that food that just came out was already cold and the ice cream was already melted, $63 down the drain. Never again!
I stopped by the McDonald’s on Cogshall recently, and unfortunately the service wasn’t great. The place seems to be run mostly by a younger crew, and there was a noticeable lack of attention to customers at the counter. I stood there for a while without being acknowledged, even though staff were nearby.

They are polite, helpful, and willing to accommodate special requests. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, although it lacks electric doors. Overall, McDonald's provides a convenient and welcoming dining experience.
