“We recently had our firefighter's ball for the New Bedford Fire Department at the Vault. Across the board, it was an exceptional experience. The manager, Courtney, was masterful in helping us plan and coordinate our event, menu, decorations, and entertainment. During the event the food was great, the staff was excellent, and the location in the heart of downtown New Bedford was perfect with nearby parking garages and lots of good bars and restaurants for the end of the night within an easy walk. We will be looking forward to returning again next year!“

Vegetarian options: They have salads, eggplant and i think that one of there chefs is even vegetarian

Dietary restrictions: I had an allergy in my table with nuts, they took care of that without any issues

Parking: Lots of parking, a whole lot

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Clean and colorful. Always see kids here having a great time. Highchairs, crayons etc etc

“Unfortunately I ordered Uber Eats for supper today, Friday October 18th 2024 and my order was missing the McChicken. Unfortunately I don't have a vehicle and can't go get it. The reason I ordered from this location is I have always received my order correct. When I order from the County Street location something is always missing there. Now, this location has entered the missing item list.“
