“Was really excited to try this spot out. Unfortunately after being seated, the service was extremely slow. It was hard to grab the waitresses attention, she wasn't very attentive. The menu had a lot of items that were not available. It should not take 50 minutes for the time from walking in to getting the food placed in front of us for a burger spot. I get it is a laid back type of atmosphere but that is unacceptable. Food was phenomenal, the herb fries were amazing. But you must ask yourself if it's worth the wait? Whoever is the cook in this place is working magic. I suggest coming by only if you have extra time to spare soak up the interesting array of artistic decor. Grab a craft beer and wait patiently as one of the most delicious burgers gets made for you.“
“We recently had our firefighter's ball for the New Bedford Fire Department at the Vault. Across the board, it was an exceptional experience. The manager, Courtney, was masterful in helping us plan and coordinate our event, menu, decorations, and entertainment. During the event the food was great, the staff was excellent, and the location in the heart of downtown New Bedford was perfect with nearby parking garages and lots of good bars and restaurants for the end of the night within an easy walk. We will be looking forward to returning again next year!“

“My family and l went into Knuckle Heads as a party of 11 tonight, it was my mother and her other hall's bday. They made us feel soooo welcome. The food was AWESOME, the atmosphere was AWESOME, the waitress was great and the Manager, Richie was his name (l think). He was great!!!! The whole experience was worth it. Great food, great prices.
