Ordered a pizza and then decided I also wanted fries so when I added fries the girl huffed over the phone and when finished I said have a goodnight. When I picked up the food here is a cocky drawing on my food with a have a good night on it and now I'm not even going to eat this food because God only knows of anything was actually done to my food and I'm not feeding my children this garbage.....to the girl who took the order over the phone and decided to be cocky about it just know we'll never order this place again nor will anyone else I know considering you can now not be trusted. Stay away from this place

Ordered delivery also, but we called. Should have known better when we had to repeat the order several times. After over an hr of waiting for our ‘delivery’ we called. First they didn’t know what we were talking about, but we paid by card so they ‘found it’. Then, One attendant said the weather was the delay. A second attendant said the driver had a flat and we would need to come pick up our order. No call or text from them Get your lies straight metro. Not to mention my tuna sub was lacking tuna!!!

I really like the pizza here and other items I’ve had, however, I lose respect for a business when they boldly lie. I called and they said no more pizza orders because a “broken oven” then when I come to pick up my subs … pizzas are coming out of the oven. Just say you close in an hour and aren’t taking more pizza.. don’t be weird about it.

Service was very good and prices very reasonable.

Best around! Had a birthday party and ordered ton of pizzas that everyone loved. The price was reasonable and got free cheese pizzas for every third pizza ordered. I will definitely be ordering from here for future parties.

Ordered delivery through Metro Pizza Website. Chose Grub Hub for delivery. Order never arrived. I'm home with pneumonia and can't go pick it up. Ordered at 730. Delivery said 45 min. Then at 830 they said they were working on it but delivery would be 915. Late yes but I paid so I waited.10pm called Metro. No answer.Food Never Arrived! Called Metro the next day. The woman i spoke to said they don't use Grub Hub anymore. I told her it was on their website! Asked for manager but she told me they didn't get an order from me because they don't use Grub Hub. I told her I got Grub Hub to reimburse me but they should remove them as an option. She hung up on me. I won't be ordering from them again. I'm sharing because this was such a rude response. Poor customer service leads to bad reviews. Do better! So rude.

Best BBQ chicken pizza around. I remember him from when I was a kid it was like he never aged he's been a grown man since he was 3. Lol idk but all I think I remember he always stayed working delivering pizzas or something like that at Minerva's? Idk and I'm sorry for throwing names out there. But in a nutshell. One of the nicest, polite, quite, hardest working men I know. Everything I have ever order has been delicious. Never hung out a day in our life. But little does he know I admire him and his work ethic and his patiences for all these years!!!! I'll forever support this gentleman with whatever he does. He was going to shut down his pizza shop just to make a delivery!!!! And if he isn't the owner he should be!!!!! God bless you sir I wish you nothing but success.

They can never get an order right! Tried this place 3 different times and they screw up the easiest orders!! No one there has a clue what they are doing. I was told I had to go back the next day to get my order refunded back on to my card! This place is a joke don't waste your money!!!
