There is a fat guy who’s always serving the chicken and cashing people out. He is disrespectful to the other employees specifically this boy who was of color who works there. He was making comments and trying to pick on everything he was doing and saying he’s doing it wrong and to not touch… that can make a hostile work environment because it can be embarrassing. The approach in a work place is crucial to maintaining staff. I’m not sure what insecurities this guy has or bias but he needs to be more professional and stop belittling other workers. It is a bad look and makes customers uncomfortable.
