Pretty sad when your brought home an iced mocha latte from this location & there's not a sip of coffee in it! It's just milk & chocolate syrup with foam on the top, which it shouldn't have! I would be bringing it back right now if I could! But honestly I shouldn't have to waste my gas! Your employees should know how to make a very common drink that you offer! I mean it's missing coffee! Really!! Kinda defeats the purpose of a Latte! And this is NOT the first time at this location!...read full review
