Ordered online at noon. It said 15 minutes and then when completed the order it said 30 minutes. No big deal. I show up at 12:10 in case it was ready early. Friendly cashier asks my name and they ask, who I find out after, is the OWNER if it was ready. He yells out "No, because she's 30 minutes early" which I calmly told him, I was 20 minutes early and I didn't mind waiting. As I was waiting, 5 customers came in after me and got their food. I ordered online a regular sized sub on rosemary parmesan bread. I then upgraded the sub to giant and it changed the bread to white. I called 30+ times and only got a busy signal. obviously the phone was off the hook. I contacted my grubhub driver....he requested they change the bread and they refused.
Extremely annoyed because it just cost me $60 for 2 subs and 2 brownies and I am not getting the bread I wanted...which is the only reason I ordered from them in the first place....read full review
good sandwich ...but I would make some suggestions ...1st ...when someone orders a sub..and get asked "Mikes way"? respond add mayo...put the oil&vinegar on the bread 1st ..not the mayo...also..loosen up! the tension is high & needs to a bit more comfortable for people to feel good...thanks...
