Went to Michael’s last night to celebrate my sister’s birthday and had possibly the worst service I’ve ever had while dining out. We had an event to attend and wanted to place our order right away and informed the our server that we were ready to order, she said oh I’ll be right back to take your order, finally comes back nearly ten minutes later and took our order. there was poop smeared all over the bathroom upstairs
Excellent food with tons of choices. The managers and staff are personable and overall very helpful. I love bringing my kids in for food and live music (they love the rolls). Chowder is fantastic my favorite starter. You can’t beat the views and the atmosphere overall.
