My daughters and I (I’m a physician) were just at the Chestnut Hill mall location having a snack. One of my daughters felt very ill and I opened up a bottled water to give her. She then suddenly needed to find a bathroom. The staff and manager refused to let me pay for the water without waiting in a very long line.
