“Went on Monday in the pouring rain after a day of shopping at Wrentham. What a cozy atmosphere, small but so comfortable. Then the waiter came over quickly and was attentive throughout the meal without being intrusive. Our food included Breaded Palomilla Steak, Enchilada de Camarones, and Ropa Vieja. Loved the congris (rice with garlic and black beans) and plantains both salty and sweet. The flan, shared for dessert was the just right ending. I wish we lived closer because we would be there often!“

“Absolutely fantastic! We got the fried chicken with rice and beans and the fried fish with plantains. Chicken was well seasoned, and moist despite being fried without a batter. Fish was moist, tender, flaky, served whole fried, on the bone. Pikliz was tangy with a hint of that scotch bonnet spice, great compliment to the fried meats. Rice and beans was probably the best I've had on the continental US. 10/10 overall!“

“I dont know what kind of dark magic they use, but their dairy and gluten free pumpkin pie is delightful! Even my picky eater kid ate two whole slices. I go at least once a month and stock up on treats which I then freeze to have on hand and its so worth the money and the drive. “Been dining at Luciano’s in Wrentham for years However on mothersday I was shocked to get a bill of $300 plus dollars for 2 adults and two children. Ordered the veal special and got the special price $89.00 Swordfish on a bed of spinach for $52 another special price Front desk was very rude which was never like that. They have become over priced and not customer friendly. We will not return“

Place is clean and order took less than 15 minutes to prepare so it's pretty fast if you're in the area, but nothing worthy of going out of your way for.“

My all time favorite is their flagship sandwich, “The Commonwealth.” Piled high with freshly pulled pork, some pieces bigger than others, some with the delicious bark that defines great smoked pork. I love the optional cranberry habanero sauce on the side. Considering the sandwich has over a pound of pulled pork, plus a side ( I traditionally get fries, my wife likes the creamy Mac and cheese), not a bad deal for under $13 with tax.“

“I have a complaint to be made, the chef Orlin Garcia himself, who works at the establishment, said that Mr. Carlos, the owner of Mak's.the kitchen is very dirty, there are a lot of rats, if basic sanitation is improved there, people will run the risk of catching leptospirosis, the snacks are very tasty and very dirty. Max Orlim Garcia's cook brought me a snack, my son-in-law said don't eat it because Mr. Carlos, the owner of the pizzeria, uses leftover food from other people at the table or what's left over As I said, Americans drool with desire for this burger, even though it's leftovers from other tables. He's a dirty and disgusting person, and Orlim himself helps to remake the burgers.“

“I had an event this weekend for 50 people and James’ catered the food. It was a brunch, that included pastries, muffins, fruit, sandwiches, and quiches. The food was outstanding!!!!! James helped me plan the menu, he was accommodating, and everything was exactly as promised. The cost was extremely reasonable. I strongly recommend James’ without hesitation if you needed a caterer!!!! Thank you James, well done!!!!!“
