I have visited the Airport Rooms three times. My first two experiences — roughly three years ago and again a year and half — were genuinely enjoyable. It's a charming place: unusual, a little special, with good service and an interesting menu that stands apart from the chicken-and-salmon rotation you find in 80% of American restaurants. Both previous visits were strong across the board — easily four stars. Unfortunately, this last dinner left me quite disappointed. To be clear, my criticism is entirely about the food; everything else remains pleasant. Most of the dishes missed the mark: the tomato starter was overwhelmed by an aggressively spicy sauce that masked the tomatoes entirely; the cheeseburger arrived rare rather than medium as requested, with a burned bun; the duck confit was dry; the potatoes were excessively salty; and the ricotta gnudi — also over-salted — came in a surprisingly small portion. I hope this was an off night, because the place has real charm and I'd hate to write it off after two solid visits.

A little expensive compared to the taste of the food. It's a nice spot if you're staying at the hotel TOURISTS. Chicken was a little dry but the fries were crispy and good.

We had the loveliest dinner out on the back deck with delicious cocktails, homemade pasta, and an insane eggplant! Our server was so kind and sweet. Wonderful!

The Airport Rooms is a true gem! A group of friends and I went in for a night cap and were treated with such care. The design and utilization of the space is rustic and thoughtful. The staff is warm, welcoming, knowledgable and engaging. Absolute TOPS way to end a long day soaking in the Berkshires!

Staff were friendly, good vibes. Food was hit or miss, mostly miss. Burger was the worst dish I’ve had in recent memory—ordered medium rare and charred beyond belief, with a weird aftertaste. Couldn’t finish and felt sick after. Very disappointing and unsettling as the hotel and lodge are otherwise incredible and 10/10. I will not be back to this restaurant, and sincerely hope others will skip this venue.

We love the welcoming vibe and fantastic food here. We visited in August and had a terrific meal where our party tried almost everything on the menu. I really like a restaurant that serves great food yet remains unpretentious. If you want a great meal in a really lovely place with fun staff make a reservation. We will be back soon!

Food was really underwhelming, particularly for the price. Roasted eggplant had a great sauce, but was difficult to eat because it wasn't soft enough for a dip and the skin was too charred to eat. Pita that was served with it was inedible. Pasta was listed as buccatini but orichetti was served without any acknowledgement-- I liked it anyone but my partner found it dry. Chicken was fine and sauce was good, but carrots were oddly burned. Didn't find it very cozy to sit there but the decorations were nice.

Ive been here 3 times while staying at the tourists. The service, vibes and drink selection are awesome! The food however has gone down in quality. The small menu changes seasonally and on our last visit the burger was way overcooked and burnt tasting and the chicken leg was lackluster.

Lovely setting and we loved the space for the kids to run around but overall we were pretty disappointed with the food. Even the excellent strong drinks couldn't detract from the very, very simple dishes. For the price you would expect finer, more interesting flavors. Service was good but not particularly warm.

Went here because we were staying at Tourists and after a long car ride, didn't feel like doing more driving...and were glad we went. We had wonderful fall weather so got to eat outside...the service was great, and the food was very tasty.

We were so excited to go here! The atmosphere did not disappoint. The drinks and seasonal app salad were amazing. Should have left it at that. The puttanesca pasta was so disappointing. It tasted like it had either been sitting out for awhile or microwaved. Overall lacking in flavor and depth. The burger was delicious. The fries are frozen stock fries and it felt like a place like this would have had something better. Would return for drinks and the vibe.
