“If you want slow service, inedible food, and dirty tables, this is the place to be! My husband and I visited the North Andover McDonald's the other day to grab lunch with our daughter. Our receipt shows we placed our order on the new kiosks at 2:57pm. We went and found a seat next to a table that someone had left their trash at. 15 minutes later our food arrived. RECORD TIME, GUYS. REALLY. BRAVO. Half of the happy meal we ordered was missing. But no worries because you only need to go ask one of the uninterested teenage staff and they'll get you all set. If you love your fries undercooked and your chicken fried in dirty oil, you'll love it here. Oh, and that table next to us with the trash? Still there. After getting through as much of our food as we could stomach, we learned there were NO napkins in the dining area. It's cool.. that's what pants are for, right? In all, it probably took us about 45 minutes between waiting for food, getting the food they didn't bring us, looking for napkins, etc before we could pack up and get out of there. By the way, no one came and cleaned up the table behind us during the time. I snuck a peek at the receipt on the table... They ordered their food at 12:48pm. So, assuming it took them 15 minutes to get their food as well, let's say the trash had been just sitting there unattended since 1:30pm. Did you happen to catch what time I said we ordered? So yeah. I'm typically not one to complain about fast food because you get what you pay for, but this was SO INCREDIBLY BAD I really had to share. Well done, guys. All that money sunk into a gorgeous reno job for nothing. *Slow clap*“

“The service is good. The food is very good. Before they didn't have enough white rice to serve. Lately, that has changed. When I go, there's always white rice available. I like the atmosphere, I wish the layout of Chipotle was more spacious. It's too small in my opinion. When it gets crowded you feel how tiny the place is. Overall, I think this Chipotle is good.“

“Food is ok but big portions! I ordered the mixed chicken and lamb over rice with fries. Personally I like my rice al dente but it was softer than that but still tasty. I ordered Jamaican beef patties with cheese. That was good! It's a nice little halal spot and filled me up! 👍“

“I traveled from Leominster to Lawrence for the super roast beef. That tells you how good their food is! I grew up in Lawrence & always enjoyed the food. My favorites are the taco’s, spicy fries & super roast beef. I’ll always recommend this place, only problem today was… i got back halfway home and realized my daughter’s burger wasn’t in the bag 🤦🏻‍♀️ Honest mistake, but my kid was so mad 🤣“
