“New Owners are great, Food is Great from Pizzas, Subs, Salads, Chicken wings and Pasta we have tried them all. Staff is friendly, Recommend it to anyone sure is our go to place.“

“When you enter Five Guys you are immediately greeted with “Welcome”. The staff is extremely friendly and the burgers are always juicy. You choose your “base” burger and then there are 15 other toppings you can add at no additional cost (no limit to the number of toppings you can choose). We love the Cajun fries and their fries portions are larger than expected. They typically fill the size of the fries container and then drop additional in the bag. They use peanut oil to cook the fries and they give out free peanuts. Their milkshakes are wonderful as well and they have a Coca-Cola freestyle so you have a lot of drink options. The last time we went in someone grabbed our bag off the counter. They expedited remaking the meal and offered a free milkshake for the trouble. Great customer service!“

“I’ve been a bunch of times but the last time I was there they had some issues redeeming points. I filled out a survey saying how annoyed I was and they reached out and fixed there mistake plus some ?. Dj and the staff handled the situation very professionally and they have managed to keep me a happy customer . Thanks Andover “

“If you want slow service, inedible food, and dirty tables, this is the place to be! My husband and I visited the North Andover McDonald's the other day to grab lunch with our daughter. Our receipt shows we placed our order on the new kiosks at 2:57pm. We went and found a seat next to a table that someone had left their trash at. 15 minutes later our food arrived. RECORD TIME, GUYS. REALLY. BRAVO. Half of the happy meal we ordered was missing. But no worries because you only need to go ask one of the uninterested teenage staff and they'll get you all set. If you love your fries undercooked and your chicken fried in dirty oil, you'll love it here. Oh, and that table next to us with the trash? Still there. After getting through as much of our food as we could stomach, we learned there were NO napkins in the dining area. It's cool.. that's what pants are for, right? In all, it probably took us about 45 minutes between waiting for food, getting the food they didn't bring us, looking for napkins, etc before we could pack up and get out of there. By the way, no one came and cleaned up the table behind us during the time. I snuck a peek at the receipt on the table... They ordered their food at 12:48pm. So, assuming it took them 15 minutes to get their food as well, let's say the trash had been just sitting there unattended since 1:30pm. Did you happen to catch what time I said we ordered? So yeah. I'm typically not one to complain about fast food because you get what you pay for, but this was SO INCREDIBLY BAD I really had to share. Well done, guys. All that money sunk into a gorgeous reno job for nothing. *Slow clap*“

“Updated review (Jan 2025): the quality of food and service has recently improved almost consistently. The food still tastes the same (good), but they certainly hired more people and who actually want to work. For this reason, I added one more star to this updated review.

Original review: This place is on and off... sometimes they serve the best Chipotle can offer, but sometimes they are just awful in every aspect (service and food). I just don't know why is that. I want to give 3.5 stars, but 4 stars is just not doable.“

“I traveled from Leominster to Lawrence for the super roast beef. That tells you how good their food is! I grew up in Lawrence & always enjoyed the food. My favorites are the taco’s, spicy fries & super roast beef. I’ll always recommend this place, only problem today was… i got back halfway home and realized my daughter’s burger wasn’t in the bag 🤦🏻‍♀️ Honest mistake, but my kid was so mad 🤣“
