“Update to original post: we've been back at least twice...still excellent food and service!
Tonight, we ordered subs and sat down to eat them. We didn't realize it, but it got late. We left at 9:15pm. The place closed at 9pm. They did not rush us out. Instead, they allowed us to eat and relax. As soon as we left, the table was wiped, lights shut and door locked. Thank you Subway for providing a great customer service experience. That's rare nowadays.“

“Small little place so the only place to eat is outdoors. Fine for the summer, but it's nice to stop and pick up a little ice cream cone for Dilly bar in the colder months. I love the DQ app. This visit was to redeem a free treat from doing their survey from previous visit where I paid only $0.99 at another location for a cone with a coupon.“

“The food at this location is always hot and tastes better than most other locations. The manager is very nice, and is always looking happy which is not the norm for fast food places. The gentleman taking orders at the counter is always very friendly as well. They definitely have other locations beat for customer interactions, which is why I keep coming back for lunch.“

“Great food and a nice surprise! I had passed Mona’s Kitchen before and didn’t realize they offered Mexican food along with wraps, salads, pizza, and more. I tried the fish tacos, and they were fresh, flavorful, and a generous portion. Three tacos with beans and rice for $20 was a great value. I’ll definitely be back!“

“Was not busy. Food good, a fair price given the state of the economy these days. Counter folks friendly. Generally clean compared to many fast food establishments in the area. (Some maintenance needed in men's restroom, doorlock broken)

Parking: Parking is at an open air mall. One needs to be cautious with other drivers careening across the lot w/o regards to stop signs., using the lot as a shortcut to other neighboring areas & stores.“

“Breakers is my preferred ice cream shop in Woburn even though I have another shop much closer. Ordering is efficient, orders are fulfilled accurately and quickly, and employees resolve any issues quickly and respectfully. Flavors are posted legibly and the variety of flavors is excellent. There is a parking lot, which is nice, and indoor seating and ordering which is helpful in the winter.“

“Just visited Marao Burger and it definitely stands out from your typical burger spot. The burgers are packed with flavor—juicy, well-seasoned, and made with fresh ingredients that you can actually taste. The buns were soft but held everything together perfectly, which makes a big difference.

The menu has a nice variety, whether you’re in the mood for something classic or a bit more loaded. The fries were crispy and well done, and the portions were generous.

“My fries were fully cooked today! I was very excited, which tells you how rarely that happens but maybe they have turned a corner. That said. They were already cooked and bagged when I came in. They did not cook them when I got there as they used to. Not sure if they changed their policy but I am much happier having fully cooked fries even if they are cooked ahead of time.“

“For those that read about the problems with family dough pizza and choose not to go back, give them another chance. We’ve been picking our pizza usually but yesterday i felt like having it delivered and didn’t want to go out. I called for delivery at 2:30 yesterday and the young female owner said we don’t have a driver until 4:30. I said ok thank you and hung up. I was going to call back and go get it but I didn’t have a chance. The young woman called me back and said one of the cooks offered to deliver my order. So I placed it and he came. I thought that was really really nice of her because no other place would’ve done that. yes, if you went there once, and had a bad experience, please give them another chance. “It has been a couple of years since I ordered the kids quesadilla meal. Things have changed. The quesadilla was soggy. Also, the quesadilla being packaged on top of the chips in one bowl was a poor presentation, and just a bad idea in general. I was disappointed.“

“Wings and fries were superb. They were ‘cooked to order’
Not sitting under a heat lamp.
Of course there was a small wait but it was Hot and Fresh!
I ate inside and the atmosphere was so peaceful.
There weren’t any annoying fry-o-laters beeping with unanswered alarms like other places and no music was playing.

Quiet and nice place and the manager was very nice and cordial.
The dining area was closed for renovations for a long time but now it’s reopened and it’s classy.

“This place is the best all around sandwich/pizza shop anywhere. Great salads, sandwiches, dinners. I haven’t had a bad meal yet. The shop is clean and tidy, the employees are friendly and thorough. They repeat your order at least twice and get it right 100% of the time. Pizza is delicious, fried shrimp dinner is plentiful and yummy. We had their Buffalo wings at a party and they’re as good as any I’ve had at a restaurant. I recently got a ham club, I think there was a half pound of ham in it, crazy good, had to split it between 2 meals. Oh…the best skinny fries, they rival McDonalds (better eat them in the car on the way home) They have half a dozen tables if you want to eat there. My whole family gets food here all the time! They cater our family parties too.“

“Their Korean corn dogs are always hot and fresh! I ordered 4 corn dogs today but they made the mistake of only bringing out 1 and had me wait an additional 10 mins for the rest. The nice young lady at the front counter apologized and also gave us an extra! I come here often and we love their food menu options!“

“This is a really good five guys.It's very quiet in here and very clean. The staff is extremely nice and the orders are always very fresh. If you want a place in the area, that's not that busy.But the quality is good. I would head here. It is my go to roughly once a month.“

“The PB Cup smoothie was great, and reasonably priced. The gentleman who took my order didn't know what a meal replacement smoothie was, and he was talking to his coworker about other customers in a negative manner. I'd go to Tropical Smoothie again, but not that location.
I've been in customer / public service for 30+ years and you simply don't have those types of conversations in front of other customers.“

Yesterday, we received an incorrect order in the night shift - which was understandably frustrating as we couldn’t make an exchange as the restaurant was already closed when we got home and realized our order was wrong.

However, when we returned today around 2:30 PM to address the issue, Elias completely transformed our experience. From the moment he assisted us, he was incredibly attentive, understanding, and professional.
