“Stopped by on the way to visit my aunt at rehab. Got her a Chick-fil-A sandwich (no pickles) and decided to try a Frosted Coffee for myself. Everyone was fast and friendly, the sandwiches are always on point, but the frosted coffee ... if I'm being honest, it hit the spot in the moment as a cold, sweet dessert beverage, but it tasted nothing like cold brew coffee and definitely not worth the $5 price tag. Doubt I'll ever get it again unless they improve the coffee flavor. Also, buyer beware: I have no idea how much caffeine is in one, as I have a pretty high caffeine tolerance, but if you know you're sensitive to it, be careful.“
“Last year I worked up the street on an apartment project and I ate here quite often. The food is great, staff is great, the young lady at the counter is friendly and quick. “I hadn't been here in a while. I got a large roast beef. I received it very quickly,made exactly the way I ordered it. No need to put salt because the roast beef was very high quality. The sizes of the sandwiches has not shrunk. The large is very big. The atmosphere is great! Nice and quiet. The inside is very neat and clean. There were no crumbs on the floor or even the tables. “Good chicken sandwiches. I liked the Yasville Hot even though it wasn’t as spicy as I thought but tasty. The Suffering chicken sandwich was spicy although it had bits that were a weird rubbery texture. First photo is the Yasville Hot, second photo is The Suffering. You can see they’re pretty much similar besides the hot sauce in The Suffering. Will try the other sandwiches next time.Parmesan fries were really good and still crispy after a 30 minute ride home.“

Ordering is efficient, orders are fulfilled accurately and quickly, and employees resolve any issues quickly and respectfully. Flavors are posted legibly and the variety of flavors is excellent. “There's a special thing about the highway stretching the length of Saugus, MA. There's food from every chain or stand-alone kitchen you can find and yet one side of the highway has always held my attention more than the other. I've never eaten at a Jersey Mikes before. So my girlfriend and I finally went the other night after I saw a trending Instagram post with a guy explaining how to make the best combo sandwich on the menu and where to substitue for other ingredients or modify "Mike's Way" (several staple toppings). I've heard and tried so many of these posts or Top 10 lists on the best sandwiches in and around Boston. It's nothing new to me and I try not to pass on a chain because of its namesake. So we go in to try it, judge it, and move on with our evening. Unfortunately, things didn't go exactly as planned. The staff knew exactly what I was going for, the influencer sharing the secret sandwich, and even catered some finishing dipping sauces just before we sat down to dine in. The scene was set for a decent meal. So I took my first bite, sat with it for a moment and then looked over at her. We hardly spoke the rest of our meal. I'll leave you here to say that this sandwich has caused some problems for us. We're now struggling to decide which day and routine were breaking to squeeze in a weekly trip to Mike's. Yeah, it was that good.“

“It was a good surprise for us. My husband I went to Mass Audubon, and on the way home, we ate late lunch there. I ordered Chicken kabob salad, my husband got Lamb kabob salad. Chicken was delicious! “Stopped in here to grab my lunch while on break. Staff is friendly and place looks very clean. Can't tell you how many of these pizzeria/sandwich shops I've been to where the inside isn't clean. This place looks great. I got the steak bomb sub. Tasted pretty darn good. Plenty if meat and lots of veggies too. Great flavor. The only room for improvement is the cheese. They put the cheese on before the meat so you really don't taste it too much until you've already had a handful of bites. When you get to the cheese it's awesome.“

“This is one of the finest Cheese steaks North of Philadelphia. My favorite being the fully loaded Philly Cheese steak. The fries are excellent as well. I can get what is called a Steak Bomb near me but they do not compare to Charlies's in the Manchester NH mall. It's well worth the 25 minute drive passing by all those Steak Bombs on the way.“
