“RUN DONT WALK! to this dq! it might just have to be one of the best on the northshore! the workers here are attentive and friendly. they know how to really sell a blizzy! the tables are set up so beautifully and it's so clean here! you can really tell that the owners care about the safety of the workers with the amount of cameras! my churro dipped cone was one of the best things to happen to me! i don't know what i would do without the workers! 10/10“
“Been coming here for years now, by far the best ice cream you will ever eat!!Dietary restrictions: Allergie friendly and staff are very experienced in how the manage cross contaminationParking: Dozen or more spaces to parkKid-friendliness: 100% kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Yes, no steps or long access points to cross!! “Amazing ice cream selections and great service. You won’t find comparable ice cream flavors especially when they do local collaborations. And the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick - shout out to Gabe tonight he was fantastic especially on a busy nightDietary restrictions: Vegan options and others available“
“We hired Cool Cow ice cream truck for my son’s high school graduation. So easy to work with! No fuss. Very punctual and took his time during our event which I appreciated. Everyone, young and old, enjoyed the service and ice cream! Would not hesitate to book again.“
“I can’t say enough about Soc’s. We live in Boston and although we love visiting new ice cream stands, Soc’s has become our go-to place and a tradition. From a customer’s perspective it’s just a fantastic business. The ice cream is consistently excellent, as is the service. Both are exactly what you’d hope to find at an ice cream stand. The hours and fantastic, and they have a longer season than any other ice cream stand I know of. It feels like the summer is extended by months. There isn’t anything I would change.“
“Was craving ice cream on the way to Boston & was able to get my fix before it closed. Just for kicks, sampled the grape nut which was interesting. It tasted like soggy grape nuts so at least you don't chip a tooth; you either love it or hate it. I decided to stick to my faves, chocolate peanut butter & pistachio. The pistachio flavoring was off, a bit too pistachio-y, if that's even possible. But the chocolate peanut butter hit the spot. Hubby got the milk & cookies & that was yummy too. Business was steady with a lot of local kids, even on a cold weeknight.“
“Myself and two friends were watching & photographing trains at the Ballardvale MBTA station on Saturday 3/23/24. a Very nasty, rainy day. We decided we were getting hungry and, and noticed a pizza shop across the tracks. None of us really wanted pizza, but we headed that way anyway. As we got closer we saw the sign for LULU's LUNCHBOX next to the pizza shop, and decided to check it out. Best decision ever!!!. I had never even heard of a Shawarma before, but they offered both beef & chicken. A Shawarma is very much like a wrap sandwich, but huge. The young girl in the shop told us that everything was made fresh daily, and this was evident as she cooked the beef & chicken fresh for us. I got the Beef Shawarma, and I have to say, it was absolutely delicious. Both of my companions got the Chicken shawarma, and it theirs looked just as good. The Lunchbox is small with one table, and extremely clean & friendly. I finished my shawarma, and even though I was full, my taste buds wanted more. I regret not ordering one to go for dinner. This place is a hidden gem, and I highly recommend giving it a try. Bob V. Carver, Mass.Parking: Plenty“
“Such amazing ice cream and an amazing staff!! Mad Maggie's is always the place I love to go for ice cream!! The staff is always so kind and friendly and makes going there amazing every time!! With a severe tree nut allergy, the shop can easily accommodate with safety measures that makes me feel safe in going there every single time!!“
“I'm totally ashamed that I haven't written a review for Zumi's yet. It's really a great place. Literally coffee and community. I've never experienced such an open and inviting and patient coffee place. They will go overboard to make your coffee hit exactly what you need it to. And if it's too late for coffee, they have ice cream. There's often live music and it's a great vibe.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, which is great since the school and the creative Co-op are neighbors.“
“The mini peanut butter wizard is the perfect size. The atmosphere of this place is just adorable and very old timey and I love it. I Ate half my ice cream when I was there so I wouldn’t make a mess of my car. It was so good….seriously amazing stuff.“
“The ice cream is superb. So creamy and flavorful. The prices are reasonable and there are plenty of flavors to choose from. I prefer a chocolate based ice cream, and they are all delicious. In warmer weather there are tables out front to eat at. In colder weather there is seating on the inside that is comfortable and clean.“
“The focus, diligence, and chemistry between the team working tonight was unmatched. Their ice cream knowledge and customer service skills were top tier. The main man himself, Anthony, has regularly been super helpful whenever I come in. He remembers specifics and caters to exactly what I am looking for. Megan’s quick thinking helped me execute a perfect ice cream choice, and Lexie provided help for our large ice cream order. Meletharb is an absolute 10/10 and my favorite ice cream in the Commonwealth.“
“Can't believe I've lived in Andover since 1983 and have never been here. The adventure began with the aroma of chocolate when you walk in - amazing. I did a quick jog through the candy store and vowed to take my granddaughters here during their next visit. Next ordered lunch: chicken BLT which was so fresh. Bacon was crispy and they remembered to not add guacamole. Next came the sundae: their list in-house of flavors that are made on site doesn't match the online list (butter crunch ) but the substituted butter pecan was delicious. My only complaint of the day was that the rich, flavorful butterscotch sauce was room temp and not at all heated. All staff were friendly and attentive. Everything felt nostalgic which was so nice. I'll be back.“
“I was impressed on how good the breakfast was. Also treated myself to a muffin, which was delicious!Vegetarian options: There are some options. Was kinda in a rush, so I didn't have time to notice.Dietary restrictions: There are definitely some options. Depends on your restrictionsParking: Huge parking lotKid-friendliness: Super friendly kid atmosphereWheelchair accessibility: I believe it's all on ground level.“
“Extremely reasonable for the size of the ice cream! Ordered a small and it was HUGE! S’mores ice cream was delicious. Also the only place I’ve ever been that puts sprinkles on the bottom and the top of the ice cream (like I do at home), so that was a pleasant surprise. Super “

“Friendly service and staff. But the best of all was the fact that I love swirl ice cream with brownie pieces and their brownies are made fresh daily and cut up and added to your ice cream literally the best hands down everywhere else has imitation brownie pieces this is the best I've had so far look at those brownie pieces ??“
“We go to Nella's Pizza at least once a week. It's my kid's favorite pizza place. They are by far my favorite non-wood burning stove pizza place. Everyone is extremely friendly and I've never had bad service from them. During the summer they also sell Gelato which is a nice treat on a hot day.“
“I went to La Dolce Vita on Friday for my mom's birthday and it was definitely worth the 2 hour drive. I'm originally from Connecticut, I saw them on Instagram and the atmosphere looked so nice and fun I decided to take my mother. From the moment you walk in there's lots of smiles everyone is very friendly and super attentive. They attended us very quickly and when they saw that there was no seating they quickly helped us got us chairs and clean the table off for us they even went as far as helping us with pictures. The atmosphere is great I also loved how they play Christian music in the background making the atmosphere child friendly and also peaceful. Everyone there is so nice and friendly I can't wait to go back again. If you do stop by try their pistachio macaroons they are delicious!“
“Amazing flavors! I had a coffee, chocolate and Goats milk caramel!! so decadent !Another had Cardamom, Saffron & Pistachio, delicate, and floral, so good! Excellent homemade ice cream, with unusual flavors, but also the regular flavors. A must try this summer!“
“I recently held my sons birthday party here and had a great experience.I thought they offered a very reasonable package which included 2 lovely hosts, arts & crafts supplies for baker hats, cookies & ice cream flavors a la carte and the chance to bake & decorate 3 take home cookies each. They cater very well to allergies. The room set up was very nice and we really didn’t need to bring anything else with us.Well done Jay & team!“
“I have been visiting this place since I was a kid, and since before it was called Cravings, so take my review with a grain of salt. You might think you're walking back in time when you step foot inside, what with all the nostalgic candy counters and throw-back displays. Even some of the offerings, like the egg creams, harken back to a different era. But don't let that fool you, this place has some incredible ice cream, including home-made options, and plenty of dairy free choices for those with certain dietary restrictions. We live a walkable distance, and nothing is more fun than walking down on a Summer Friday after work, getting a treat and taking it down to the lake. They even sell my favorite soda, Moxie, by the bottle! Because this is a small, locally owned and operated business, there is going to be a variation in the service. Understanding that you're about to get a huge dose of joy will help to give you a little extra patience, but as others have pointed out, it can be busy and your level of service can vary (and by proxy, the quality of the product). If consistency is going to be a deal break for you, become a regular, get to know the patterns the servers you prefer, and tip generously. It helps a lot :)“
“I've been here a few times at each time everything is delicious! The staff are quick and friendly and there are a ton of flavors to choose from! I just got the maple soft serve which was perfect for fall. I think next time I'll try the pumpkin. They also DENSELY pack the take home quarts and it's fantastic. Looking forward to going back“
“Hatters tea shoppe has a relaxing and calm atmosphere along with a very welcoming vibe. I ordered the hot chocolate and my partner got a small hot coffee, both were very delicious. We both were in love with the atmosphere and the Alice in Wounderland theme of the shop.If your in Georgetown,ma I Highly recommend to stop by Hatters tea shoppe. Will definitely come back again.“
“I’ve been here many times. The professionalism of some of the scoopers is commendable. However, I have to leave 4 stars because I tend to see a group of teenage boys (usually) simply sitting in the back on their phone and leaving the girls to get to work. Two of the girls stuck out in particular. Elena and Emmy! They are always at the window working hard, while some of their counterparts sit back contributing nothing to the staff even during the busiest of summer days. Some of the other girls put forth their best efforts as well, but those two girls always remember my daughter’s order and are very sweet. I wish some of the boys put in that much effort!“
“Delicious!I got the blueberry pie with hot fudge and I ate like it was the first time having ice cream in my life!I also ate so fast I didn't take any pictures of the serving, but a single scoop was a good size for me.Friendly service too. Thanks you all!Best,Clint“
“This ice cream never fails to be open when we are craving ice cream. They also have many other sweets from chocolate coated cones to M&M stuffed cookies. The workers are friendly and nice and they make the effort to add different fun flavors every season. It's great!!“
“Sweet Java is hidden gem in Swampscott over in the Vinnin Plaza area. Everyone is always so friendly, there’s a great vibe and you can tell the people who work there really care. The drinks are make perfectly and the food is always delicious.“
“I didn’t think Crumbl Cookie was worth the hype…I thought it was just another fad that was popular for a minute and that would not be worth the money. Boy, was I wrong! The cookies are delicious, and the weekly menu is always creative and ever-changing! I’m hooked!“
“I had ice cream at THREE top-ranked local ice cream places in the past week. Scoops N More was the best AND the least expensive. The girls behind the counter were so helpful and friendly to me and my family. They had a line out the door and I totally get why. This hole in the wall store is actually an amazing ice cream joint. Maybe the best in the area, imo. Give them a try!“
“In a quest to tap into my childhood, pile driving bowls of Cap'n Crunch, I sought a breakfast spot that boasts a crusted French toast that will send me soaring back to the 90s. Well, move over Mario, it's time for Luigi's to take center stage.Luigi's is a no-frills North Shore diner that excels in greasy spoon comfort breakfast and lunch options with big portions. As mentioned, my personal favorite breakfast option is the perfectly griddled Cap'n Crunch French toast - a delightful crunch on the crust which remains moist and approachable, otherwise. Paired with butter, powdered sugar, and syrup, it may spike your blood sugar, but it's well worth it. For "healthier" fare, the feedback on the veggie omelet was fluffy, fresh, and tasty. The potato sides (both hash browns and home fries) were well-seasoned and plentiful. Coffee is what you'd expect.Amidst the slightly chaotic table setups, find solace at the expansive granite bar top, boasting a dozen or so stools for a cozy dining experience. The service is friendly and reliable, ensuring your cup is never empty. And when warmth graces the months, don't miss the ice cream stand's lineup of Richardson's local favorites.Luigi's captures the essence of a classic diner with finesse, delivering on a diverse menu that's bound to satisfy your cravings. Brace yourself, however, and come hungry!“
“My family really loves the ice cream at Daily Scoop. We truly can't resist it. Bought two ice cream cakes here and they were awesome. A little expensive, but worth it in my opinion. The owner takes pride in his company and was very helpful recently. I recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for ice cream in the Stoneham area.“
“GREAT walk by ice-cream shop. It's cash only, but has ATM on the side.Paid ~$7 for 3 scoops of chocolate, strawberry and pumpkin oreo (seasonal). BEST chocolate and strawberry flavors I've tried, and the pumpkin oreo was awesome! Will DEFINITELY pass by again when I'm around the area.“
“Solid place for ice cream that just opened for the season. They were more than happy to give us a sample of one of the flavors we were interested in. They had most of the flavors when we visited at the beginning of April. I got a kiddie cookie dough and thought it was very well made. The ice cream was super creamy and the cookie dough was soft (I find that a lot of cookie dough in ice cream is too hard). The sizes run on the large side so be ready to share!“
“By far the best Açaí bowl I’ve ever had!!! I’ve had them recently from about six local restaurants this place has the best texture and taste. The only thing is, I wish they had options like peanut butter drizzle , Chia seed, cacao bits and nuts.“
“This place is attached to Mikes which has a huge menu and lots of food options. (Hope to try someday) They have a decent size parking lot. It is March and they didn't have the outside window open to order and only one kid working the ice cream stand. After seeing the line of a nice warm sunny Saturday you would think since they have lot of all the staff on the line one would hop over the help the kid. Stood in an awkward line for a bit inside kind of overage of the food counter. Soft serve in a waffle cone w/sprinkles and richies ice slush was like $10 a little steep but I guess what isn't now a days. They have delivery options as well like doordash, uber, grubhub if interested.“
“A huge thanks to Cookie Monstah for the ability to rent out one of their trucks for our daughter’s and son-in-law’s Welcome Party the night before their wedding, Memorial Day weekend. They allowed for them to make their own combinations of ice cream cups/cookies and to name them - the names were based on the neighborhoods where they had lived in the North End. The service was great and the ice cream and cookies were top-notch! Thanks to Janelle for all her help in making this such a special occasion!“
“Had 3 baby cows in the pen today... 2 goats in another pen who where enjoying a nap and watching me and the pen with the rooster and his female chicken friends...and I got a baby cow to come over to me and licked my hand, then mooed at me...I love it there..food/sandwich shop next door to ice cream shop.Kid-friendliness: Many families with kids are always around.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat surfaces...wide paths and room around tables outside...“
