“Anything I've had from here has always been phenomenal! I've had pizza in the past and today I tried a steak and cheese sub and it was easily one of the best I've ever had, truly. They were kind enough to even throw in a small fry and the fries were perfectly crispy and delicious. They never miss the mark and the staff are always so attentive and kind. The dining area is well kept and tables cleaned after each time a customer leaves. Definitely a must try in Beverly! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“The PB Cup smoothie was great, and reasonably priced. The gentleman who took my order didn't know what a meal replacement smoothie was, and he was talking to his coworker about other customers in a negative manner. I'd go to Tropical Smoothie again, but not that location.
I've been in customer / public service for 30+ years and you simply don't have those types of conversations in front of other customers.“
