I had a cheese burger with the works, small fries and a drink. The bottom bun of the burger disintegrated, making eating the burger a chore and not very enjoyable. I can't say I will go back.

What can I say, except "shrug emoji ...it's Five Guys." It's 2024 and we all know the deal: FGs serves up OK burgers with lots of tasty, fun topping options; way too many (addictively good) french fries; lots of milkshakes options/mix-ins for the *highly* lactose tolerant among us. The unsweet tea was sweetened. When I asked about it at the counter the guy said he didn't know about it and he couldn't help me. If I'm paying over $20 for a burger and fries I should get the drink I paid for. I don't drink sugar. So I poured it out. Also, the ketchup dispenser was empty. My money waisted. The burger and fries were good. So there's that.Dietary restrictions: Couldn't get unsweet tea. I don't drink sugar. Just water and unsweet tea.
